I hate to leave a bad review. I’ve always enjoyed the food, and had good service. I called at 1:30 and was told they were open until 9:00pm. I got there about 2:30 and the sign said “open” but the door was locked! A man unlocked the door and let me in. Then a young lady explained that they would be closed for about an hour. I asked if they could make me anything, even a salad. She said “no these guys don’t know how to place an order, or run the register” pointing to 3 men. Then she walked out and left as I was leaving, apparently her shift was over. I’m not blaming her or the guys (cooks?). But, if you’re going to be open then BE OPEN! If not then turn OFF the sign and just shut down! I drove for an HOUR to eat at your restaurant! Apparently you’re having excessive staffing and/or management issues! I will possibly try to eat there again. And I’ll call first thing, like today. Only I’ll make sure somebody promises me a dozen times that you will be OPEN and that I will get SERVED! GOOD GRIEF! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Extremely reasonably priced food service is good food is good cramped spacing there is virtually nowhere to stand or order your food however I've been there several times and will continue to go back everyone is extremely nice I just wish they had a larger facility however where they're at is probably how they keep their prices low

Long post…. We went there to try dinner …. We love the breakfast…. We ordered 2 cokes… they tasted nasty… I ask waitress and she said it was Coke Zero because they were out of coke… please bring sweet tea…. Brought tea and talk about nasty…. During all of this we placed our order and waited about 20-25 minutes and the waitress didn’t put our order in… she said oops… well we are not waiting… very disappointed with tonight’s service… well had never experience this restaurant like these

Well, first time here. Very busy for New Year morning and other places closed. Waited about 8 minutes for a booth. Our concerns fell quickly on the two waitress and their lack of professionalism. To distinguish the two, one was older and wearing a red shirt (red)and the younger has a northern accent(yank). Apparently red seated several tables at once, including ours, and soon yank realized she lost serving one or two of these tables. This typically means they do not work as a team and share tips. Yank verbally expressed her displeasure to this and slammed several dirty dishes into the buss pans near our table. Mumblings continued where most could hear from yank. Red handled this with restraint but not unnoticed frustration. From a customer, this is unacceptable. It is was my restaurant or managed by me, there would of been one less employee on the spot. Yank was also constantly speaking strongly to one of the kitchen staff to assist them in Front of House. Food was a little cold since we witnessed over a dozen plates awaiting on the counter, ignored more than twice, to perform other task first. Checkout was slow to what appeared to be typing in every price into the touch screen even though the were operating the Toast server system. Management was non existent. Good luck to them in the future.
