They're trying to be very careful about COVID and I admire that. They're slow to fill orders and lacking in friendly service, however. Disappointing experience.

I like spicey and Shun Lee's spicey dishes are always good. Their Hot n Sour soup is by far, the best in Charlotte. But today I tried Shrimp Chow Mein. Good flavor and many shrimp! Served with bag of crispy noodles. Excellent. Only suggestion is their fried rice could have more flavor.

This was absolutely horrible. The egg drop soup made me throw up. I could not even eat it. It smelt like rotten eggs and throw up. Wouldn't be surprised if someone had laid a big fat stinky egg in it. the strawberry milk boba was so thiccc. I couldn't even drink much. It was a horrid consistency. Please don't eat here. HORIBLE!!!!!!

I hate to leave a negative review because I love the food from Shun Lee. I had an order delivered by Postmates and that was fine but my order was not filled correctly. I had ordered brown rice but received white. I ordered shrimp pad thai but received chicken. I ordered moo shu pork and there was no hoisin sauce. I'm a long time customer of Shun Lee but this is the third time in three months where my order was wrong. Something has changed there so hopefully they'll see my review and tighten up checking the orders!

Very delicious!!!!! I never make reviews but this place has the best sesame chicken. It's hard to find good chinese restaurants but this one wont disappoint.

Shun Lee Palace is an old school charlotte staple. If you are from charlotte then you know about the palace. Their menu is so big now that there are things on it I am not a huge fan(pad thai - which is thai) of, but they also have some excellent dishes as well. Its one of those places you have to experiment with a little bit. One of my favorites is the orange beef and the sesame beef. I mean compared to NYC, your not gonna be blown away but for charlotte I think it is very solid Chinese food. My favorite part of shun lee is the way they do postmates. Very low service fees. They are fast and they ALWAYS 1000% of the time get your order exactly correct. I highly recommend getting delivery from them via postmates.
Food was horrible and had no flavor. I got the pad Thai and there was no sauce, just dry, tasteless noodles. Would’ve been better off spending .99 cents on ramen

This is one of the worst places I've ever ordered food from. The food had no flavor whatsoever, I ordered a combination of three, shrimp, chicken and steak. Only got two pieces of shrimp and a few pieces of the rest, everything else was vegetables. Please make sure to get better, you prices are high you have to improve the quality of your food very much.

A good step above any other chinese place i have tried in charlotte. For example fortune cookie, cherry blosom, the wok, gin bu, 88 chinese bistro, chi-thai. Good chinese dishes, great grab rangoon, very good hibachi specials.( althogh a step below nikkato). It is moderately priced. One big suggestion dont dine in. Its honestly better getting to go or delivery through postmates.
