I’ve come here before so I know the quality of food/service to expect. This visit was a huge let down. There were sauces missing from my order for my chicken karaage, in addition to being served cold STALE noodles. The broth provided was also not enough to even cover the contents of my ramen bowl (to go order). When I called to speak with management, I was advised “our manager is not here and I don’t know when they’ll be back”. Really? Highly unprofessional. This was a $30 meal that was a waste of money. Next time I’ll go to Jinya.

This was my first time here and it could have just been a off day, but the food was still very good and I have no complaints about that. I will definitely check them out again, just maybe not on a Sunday afternoon.

The food is delicious here but it really grosses me out that i found a lady bug in it. I love lady bugs and think they're cute but if i found a lady bug in my food from here, it makes me wonder what else you could find in their food. Just because of that, i dont feel comfortable ordering from here again because it makes me question how bug-free they are. Unfortunately I saw it after i ate everything.

Noisy and not very good taste. Cannot finish the double protein mostly because the taste was not right. If ever next time, try the spicy one.
