This bar used to be great, with some of the best selections of amaros and sherries, and the bartenders were some of the most knowledgeable in the city. They also had a rotating crew of guest bartenders from other awesome bars, and they were the only ones doing that sort of thing.
Well apparently the entire staff walked out on Saturday after an outburst by the whiskey warehouse manager. As great as this place was, it was still part of whiskey warehouse, which means, you guessed it, ROACHES :)
One scurried across the bar the last time I was there. This is the cocktail bar equivalent of putting really good lipstick on a pig but now that the staff’s gone, well… the pig just died

We ate upstairs and then went to SBR at 9:00 with a party of 4 and was told it was a 35-40 minute wait. The hostess told us to go have a drink at Supperland and they would call us. We waited until 10:45 and went back to talk to a manager after watching several parities be sat before us. The manager told us they called us and after showing him that they did not via my phone, I watched him check their phone log, which also told us they did not call. He said they don’t have the capacity to seat 4 people. I said after an hour and a half?! And multiple other parties accommodated that came way after us! The manager then told us not to come back. It was unbelievably bad service and I will never go back! And I definitely do not recommend.
