If there was a zero star, that's what I would give. Sips and Dips was supposed to host a Teacher Appreciation Day at Marvin Ridge Middle. No one showed up. There was no response from owner via the text, email and phone call that went out. We drove over to Promenade and the employees knew nothing. I guess they don't like teachers.

Service was slow and out of order. We ordered two basic drinks but yet the two teenage girls behind us got their two drinks and two orders of food beforeus. We had to go to the window so that they didn't skip us again. Maybe more training is needed.

Came in for the first and was greeted by a very kind woman and her daughter who own this place. I tried the salted Carmel hot coco with the cinnamon pretzel bites with dulce de leche dip omg perfect combination especially for this cold weather I highly recommend you stop by, they have lots of other cool items on there menu I’d have to come back and try something new next time!!

Got their old fashioned hot cocoa (salted caramel) on a nice chilly afternoon, and i must say it was a cute spot to stop into.Atmosphere 10/10Staff 10/10- sweet, friendly, helpfulWould love one of these back home.

This place has the best soda drinks ever! You can have things from DR pepper and peaches too blue razz and gummy bears the list ends and it's very cheap! Customer service is A tier!

UNACCEPTABLE. We drove all the way from North Charlotte down to Ballantyne to try this place and arrived at 8:15. They are supposed to be open until 830. It even says so on their door. I knocked on the door and the girl said they were closed. Maybe their stuff is amazing and maybe it isn’t, but I would encourage everyone to stay away. I don’t do business with people who lie about their hours of operation. If you’re too lazy to stay open until 830 then change your hours to 815

Although this place makes some killer cookies, and is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful....I wish it wasn't so much sugar for my kid!
I'm addicted to trying all the drink combinations at Sips and Dips while my niece is addicted to the Salted Carmel soft baked cookie! We've stopped here several times when our adventures take us out to the Providence road/Ballentyne area. We love popping in and cooling off with a cool drink and relaxing by the fountain. Everyone who works there is friendly and service is quick. Prepare to be overwhelmed by all the different drink options and snack choices!! I've tried the Fabulous and the Peaches and Cream. Such a cute drink shop in a great location! I got an amazing, refreshing summer drink with mango and coconut cream! With fresh fruit! The Reese's cup cookie was delicious! They added the chocolate drizzle and crumbles on top. Definitely check this place out!
