Quite disappointing as it’s not Sizzlewich but Waterbean Coffee. I’ve already been to Waterbean & wanted to try a new place, only to get here & have it not be that. Lol.|I will say the sandwich was really good, but I didn’t care for the iced coffee. I had a better experience at another Waterbean location.
The restaurant closed down so the only thing in the menu for food is their croissants and bengals. Coffee is great and I personally love the croissantwich!
Sizzlewich no longer exists. The items from that menu aren't available except the croissants which are what you would expect them to be. The macrons are shipped in and a bit more dense and chewy than I prefer them but they are quite flavorful. The white mocha was very sweet, so much so that, for personal preference, I "watered it down" with the coffee I usually make at home. The blueberry muffin was good and had a hint of cinnamon. Tasted like carrot muffin batter with blueberries. Dunno if that was intentional but it works!
Cute place was out stop for breakfast to go before hitting the road. Sizzle which is inside waterbean. Food was delicious got the morning sunshine croissant.
Unfortunately the Sizzlewich portion of the company no longer operates in the location, but I was able to order a breakfast sandwich from the Waterbean Coffee menu. The menu has about 6 or 7 breakfast sandwiches to choose from. The staff were patient and eager to answer questions I had about the sandwich options. I would have loved having a lunch selection or additional menu options, but overall the quality of the food and service is decent. A few issues with card reader, but they do take ApplePay and contactless payment options. So far it’s good for when you need a quick bite along with coffee and a nice change of scenery for working remotely.
Loved macros, all of them. Tried vanila, wildberry, pistachio, red velvet. All of them were amazing. Had a cafe lattealso amazing. The ambience is very lovely. The cafe is neat and amazing. Will definitely revisit
No more Sizzlewiches! So, I ordered the Banh mi! BIG MISTAKE! If I had wanted chewy bread with 2 slices of very chewy meat I would have bought myself a loaf of stale bread and beef jerky at the grocery store! What a waste of money!

Awesome ham, cheese and egg croissant. Great service. Best coffee.
I stop in for coffee or espresso once or twice a week since I work nearby. I like supposing local businesses over Starbucks whenever I can. The coffee is good, and the breakfast sandwiches are so soft and delicious. I also like the muffins they get in, especially the chocolate ones. What really makes Waterbean a great place is the staff. They're always friendly and super fast even when they get a rush.
I love eating here! Before they changed over to a new menu, I would always get the salmon poke bowl. Unfortunately, they no longer have it on the menu. But the other foods such as the bahn mi and bahn xeo are still very delicious! They have a hibachi Japanese style menu now. I like the low carb chicken with veggies. Coffee and macarons are really good as well. Great customer service. Highly recommended!
