I drove by here a few times and decided to stop in one day. I ordered the small shrimp basket. The staff was very friendly and fast. They had my order ready really quick. The shrimp was delicious. Next time I am ordering their fish sandwich.

I ordered the whiting sandwich and fries. They were pretty darn good! I wish they would have went a little easier on the salt. The lemon juice and the tarter sauce made it even better. The fries were delicious but they were a little stingy with the portions.
I wish they would have came up off of a little more sauce since they charged for even one sauce too. The playlist was slappin' and the restaurant is nice in the inside too.

The restaurant was clean. The service was okay. The grill cook/fry cook/manager acted like she didn’t want to be at work. The catfish is NOT the same recipe and cook times as the closed Pineville store. My fish had a burnt aftertaste and the batter was soft. I had also asked for extra seasoning and it tasted like they put NONE on there. The cole slaw was horrible, had to get Mac & Cheese in place of it. The manager person acted like I spit in her food when I told her and tried to give me a regular Mac instead of a large like the large Cole slaw I was almost throwing back at them. I drove an extra 24 minutes since the Skrimp Shack in Pineville was closed down. It’s not worth the drive back.

The portion size is very childish especially a dinner size plate for $20. My fish was crumbly and not in full size portions. I didn’t take picture of the plate but trust when someone pay almost $100 for their family to eat they expect food that is at least hot and not overly salted. Here is my receipt. Then when my order wasn’t right the girl huffed and puff as if I was an inconvenience. Lesson learned here.
