This afternoon I was in the Callabridge area Walmart so I stopped in at Skyview 22 for a Turkey Wing meal. Placed my order at about 1:30ish Sunday afternoon and took about 15 mins to receive. However, I got my food and commence to go about my day… Got in my car and got a mile down the road decided to take a bite while in route to next stop. Looked at food and was like I hope it tastes better than it looks! Instantly, I said this food is at least a day or two old. I was so PO that I spent $17.70 on day old food I wanted to turn around and go back. But my spirit said NO, write a review and let the others know these people don’t do good business nor serve hot fresh food! That was my second visit with them and it WILL BE MY LAST. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SkyView 22 Restaurant is amazing! The baked chicken and fried pork chops are my absolute favorites — so delicious and full of flavor. The rice and gravy are perfect, and the cabbage is hands down some of the best I’ve had.
The owner is incredibly sweet, and the customer service is always beautiful and welcoming. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, with great music that makes the experience even better. I highly recommend stopping by — you won’t be disappointed! 😊🍽️

Just because you can prepare food that does not harm people does not mean you should open a restaurant. It's not restaurant quality food. It's the kind of food that truckers and men who don't cook for themselves will settle for. It's hot and looks familiar. The service was warm and nice. Nothing special at all. And the price was too high for what you're getting. Below average presentation. Just my opinion but I think restaurants should make food look appetizing.

Was shopping at Walmart and stopped by to try it out , the lady with the Rag tied on her head has horrible customer service. She said I’ll be right with you, but the music was so loud I couldn’t hear her and I asked her to repeat and with much attitude she repeated. Just nasty and angry.

there’s no picture cause I tore that food up. I got it to-go because I planned on eating a bit before getting back on the road and ended up eating everything- jerk turkey wing, mac, greens and yams. will definitely be back to try the wings!!
Delicious and good prices for soul food. The staff was all very nice. :) Is located at the front of the walmart. My favorite item was the strawberry crumble cake. The cornbread was a little dry.

Took my sister and daughter to this joint last night and the lady that runs the joint was very welcoming, and respectful even after we came a little bit after hours. The food was damn good and cooked thoroughly!!! I got the baked chicken, collard greens, mac and cheese , yams and dirty rice. everything was fire and I’ll be back soon

This food was very good. I got the one meat and two sides option. I chose lima beans and potato salad. It also came with cornbread. I added a slice of the strawberry crunch cake for dessert. The service was great and my chicken was made fresh. I wanted to go back the next day but I didn’t want to be greedy lol.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!! GET SOME!!!!! We ordered the Fried Smothered Porkchops with 3 sides and the Jerk Turkey Wings with 2 sides and cornbread. BEST Soulfood I’ve had in Charlotte! The lady working the front was awesome in helping us decide what’s good. She recommended their special menu items! I ended the meal with some Sweet Potato Cake! Excellent meal! I can’t wait to eat here again!

Just stopped by Walmart on my lunch break to buy a few snacks and decided to try the restaurant instead. Let me start by saying I WILL BE BACK! I ordered a Veggie burger and it was one of the best burgers, meat or veggie, that I’ve ever had. It was charred just right, the toppings were crispy and fresh, and service was rendered with a smile and positive energy. Can’t wait to try some of their other items, especially the “dinner” type food.
