if I could give no stars, I absolutely would. you can never go in the store and just order your smoothie and come right back out. I came to the store again today there was one person in the store working in one person at the register. The one person at the register did not greet me when I walked through the door I spoke and they ignored me. I spoke up a little louder, and they continue to ignore me. It wasn’t until I spoke a third time that I was even acknowledged, after standing there for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting to be greeted and waiting to get my order taken or be service or or even acknowledge, I asked the representative who was very rude. May I add how long it would take for him to take our order? He advised whenever he gets finished with what he’s doing, because there are several orders that were ahead that were mobile orders that needed to get done first again I was sitting there for over 20 minutes waiting to get my order taken. When I asked what his name was. He refused to provide me his name and told me I can wait all day because he didn’t have to service me at all. I don’t understand where the animosity is this is not the first instance where I’ve had this type of interaction at the store with this representative there have been plenty of times I’ve just walked out, but this is the closest store to where I reside and work so it’s more convenient. However, I think that , the customer service here definitely needs to be addressed

The staff was extremely perfect light and professional. Our orders came up fairly quick. We were greeted with the smile. I recommend this smoothie king when in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ladies working today (6/9) were super rude and passive aggressive. Got my wisdom teeth out so unfortunately i can not talk super loud. Guess that gave them an attitude. Be nice people never know what someone is going through!

I don't know what is up with this location, but I have two issues with my experience with them every single time. I always order in the app.1. I placed my order today, and they didn't receive it. I had to show confirmation that it was placed (no problem). The reason for an online order is so I don't have to wait and be late heading to my destination. Other online orders were made and waiting, but mine was not. Either there was a system glitch, or someone overlooked my order. The ladies were kind in resolving the issue and made it on the spot, which made me late. I started to decline and ask for a refund, but I was too concerned with how long that process would take. When I received my smoothie, it didn't taste the same. Something was missing. I always get the power meal spinach pineapple. This tasted like it had banana in it.2. When I place my order online, I note my dairy allergy in the check box. That's the only place that I can make this known. There is no box for comments or any further explanations or requests. This location ALWAYS waits until I show up to make it and say they didn't know if I wanted vegan option substitutes. No other location does this. They already know what I mean. And again, me having to wait defeats the purpose of using the app and delays my scheduling for the day. It's an inconvenience. I've worked in customer service my whole life, and I manage a supply chain and logistics customer service team now, so I know all of the drawbacks. I'm sharing this feedback with hopes it will improve business processes.

There was plastic in my smoothie that I purchased tonight. I haven't been to this location in quite a while, but it used to be amazing. I will say the lady at the counter was pleasant.

I order from this store all the time but my recent order was messed up. I place an online order pickup at 2:15 for the Bee Berry sting didn’t receive it till 2:32. Then when I go to eat my bowl the base is runny and barley fruit inside. This was a bad experience!

Food is good, service not so much. I spilled my bowl after walking out of the store. Returned to ask if it can be remade. I understand if it cannot be remade for free but the response was no. A better customer service response would be sorry that happened, if I cannot make it for free you can purchase another and I can remake it now.

I spend money in there all the time I sit in there in drink my smoothie never had a problem in there intill today when some young punk came and said had to leave when i was sitting waiting for uber if that's the way they are going to treat me then I'll never spend money in there again to me that's not the way to treat a paying costume ps they threatened to call the cops on me for asking why they are kick me out a paying costume who did nothingwrong it was a young white guy that threatened to call the cops

Went to get a smoothie this morning and the two people working there were not friendly at all. The girl was very dry and un enthusiastic. I paid for a 32 Oz. And asked if I could have the overage the guy says No I have to charge you for what you paid for. I then said well you're throwing it out and he then says it will be a dollar extra. No one else does this but this location. If the go up on the prices this will be why. Wasting products. Will not be returning to this location!!!!!
