I went to this location off Sharon rd at 8:45 pm I thought the location was close the lights were off and the door was locked… upon walked up a young lady came and said they weren’t close and unlocked the door, however the hours of operation read they close at 9pm both employees were very upset that I came in 15 mins before close very unhappy with this experience please do better this! Please train your employees to abide by company rules and procedures totally unacceptable and unprofessional

My smoothie i’m drinking right now, it’s like im drinking sludge. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to ask them to remake it because I had to go. The employees working on December 15th the morning shift need to be fired immediately because of the extremely poor service for one. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes until one of them came to the front to take my order. Then the one who made my drink make it so terribly I feel like i’m drinking mud. So disgusting please get rid of them ASAP and give me a refund.

I always receive great service here. Today, when I went in to pick up my order, the staff member, Ware, said he was working on his own and thanked everyone for their patience. It was very busy but we still didn't wait long at all, but if we had that would have been reasonable. He was working hard and managing everything with kindness and a couple of us noticed his maturity and leadership. Well done!

I usually place my orders on the Smoothie King app, and they are ready to go by the time I arrive, but they are usually pretty quick even if I order in the store.
