I called the store to try to rectify my problem. But no answer or voicemail available.When I order online and pick up my smoothie it’s always overfilled. I would appreciate the gesture, however I don’t enjoy the cleanup. The recipe also does not seem to be made correctly today.I ordered online due to being in a rush and sadly I do not have time to turn around to remake the smoothie. I have visited before and the young ladies were incredibly nice. (Which is why I’m leaving 3 stars) But when the guys are working the quality of the smoothies are a little different and the customer service is not the same. One time I visited the young man ringing me up was on his phone while I was placing my order with him.Hopefully this is helpful to your team for constructive feedback. I will stick to the surrounding locations in the meantime.

Just waited 40 minutes while they filled online orders. Then they got my drink and size wrong. Left in frustration empty handed after paying $12 + tip. Do NOT go to this Smoothie King!!!

After a bad experience at this store, I left a feedback form on the website that was listed on the receipt. The manager of the store called me and all he said was "I'm sorry." He didn't do anything to make it right. As I mentioned before, I will not be coming back to this store again.

This happened just now I was inside waiting to get my order taking for about 15 minutes as the light skin guy wash dishes. He spoke to me when I came in, but did not ask for my order or knowledge me at all after that soon as somebody comes in, he ask to take their order and takes their order in front of me. After I was standing there nearly 15 minutes I walked out before I called the saying thanks to my anger management classes. I am going through right now.

Went in today to get 3 drinks. One was made correctly. The second which was the exact same smoothie as the first tasted and looked different. Then the angel food shake which we get all the time tasted completely off. We refunded one, should’ve tried the other before leaving.

When my smoothie was delivered by Uber eats it wasn’t in a bag or sealed. I tried to call the store several times to see if that’s how they gave it to the driver and no one answers

I walked in and wasn't greeted or anything for the first couple of minutes. When asked what I wanted I stated my order and the woman got visibly frustrated when I didn't understand what she was asking me. Then treated the guy behind me with completely different attitude.
My favorite place to stop in South Park for a smoothie! Staff is always nice, I order through the app and the smoothies always ready when I get there :)

Need to give a shout out to the crew that was working here on October 23, 2022 at 12:30pm. Two ladies and a trainee were on the job. They seemed so happy to be at work and made everybody in the room smile. The child next to me asked her mother if they could come back to Smoothie King every day.

This location use to be great, excellent service, etc. Now I order online and when I get there my order is not ready, (( and when I arrived that dude is texting or rapping)) plus… the taste is horrible, I’d order The hulk today and literally it taste like ice water and some milk, no vanilla, no banana flavor, no NOTHING!!! It was the worst smoothie I’ve ever tried ?

Got here 17 minutes before closing and the workers were SO rude slamming our drinks on the counter, rolling their eyes, etc. because they were mad we came in “so late” Don’t go here. This is a smoothie place that takes 5 min to make a smoothie. It’s not like we came in a restaurant at close.

How and why does it take 15 minutes to makes a smoothie? Why is it that each time an ingredient is added we have to raise the blender up, look at the lines and shake it up?
