The last three times we’ve been the customer service has been atrocious. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to our house, so while I’d love to say we won’t go there anymore, that wouldn’t be true. How hard is it to greet the customer when they come in? We were the only people in there and they had three people working, but we stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and then finally left. Do you not take in person orders anymore? The time before that we ordered online and waited for 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready-they claimed it hadn’t come through. Everyone working looks so miserable I feel bad asking them to make a smoothie.

I asked for a recommendation that had a good amount of iron in it… I should have got her name but her favorite is the mango kale smoothie and it’s AMAZING! I told my staff about it and I will definitely be back!

I didn’t catch the employee’s name. But whoever was working at 8:15pm on 3/26/25 needs more training. I made an online order and walked in to staff sitting in the back on her phone. I didn’t mind waiting because I just left the gym and wanted to just stand still for a little bit. She apologized for the wait and then proceeded to make our smoothies so rushed to the point where she didn’t even blend them properly. She didn’t even blend them for 5 seconds. The blender turned on and right back off. As I’m typing this, I’m chewing on chunks of strawberry, banana and protein powder. I get the same smoothie every time because I LOVE it. This employee has now ruined this smoothie for me. Please put her through more training.Thanks.

I went in the other day for a little treat because I had been having a rough day. My smoothie was amazing Elizabeth did a wonderful job making it for me and the laughs her and another girl behind the counter, I believe her name was GiGi was brilliant to see. The welcoming and fun vibe was a great pick me up! Will definitely be back soon!
