I love smoothie king. I buy it daily. I be spending over $100 a week. I love the bowls. I showed up at this location 12 min before closing. Meaning it’s still OPEN!!! They refuse to sell me a bowl. They said they had “just” stopped selling them. I drove 35 min since this is the closest location to me just for them to not sell me a bowl. Close early but don't stay open and refuse to sell items in the menu when there is NOTHING stating that after a certain time, they won’t sell certain items.

Who ever had the dumb idea of putting the acai and bowls pre-made in the freezer is a dumb ass they are fully melted before you even leave the parking lot smh I hate that people are so lazy that they can't wait to make your bowl fresh when you order so you can attest make it home before it melts so pissed

As I approached Smoothie King the employee (manager ) opened the door and spit right outside of the entrance . This is the second time I saw this same employee do this . After seeing this I stayed in my car and eventually pulled.off . I will not go there again until this person is removed .

I come here all the time. In person I never have a problem. I DoorDash my smoothie bowls now due to no car and I pay for extra toppings and substitutions. The price is double on DD so if I paid for items I’d except them. Put the same effort into DD orders as you do in person. Makes no sense how they just did my order like that and I’m not happy at all. Things are not cheap and Yal just being lazy
