Who ever had the dumb idea of putting the acai and bowls pre-made in the freezer is a dumb ass they are fully melted before you even leave the parking lot smh I hate that people are so lazy that they can't wait to make your bowl fresh when you order so you can attest make it home before it melts so pissed

As I approached Smoothie King the employee (manager ) opened the door and spit right outside of the entrance . This is the second time I saw this same employee do this . After seeing this I stayed in my car and eventually pulled.off . I will not go there again until this person is removed .

I come here all the time. In person I never have a problem. I DoorDash my smoothie bowls now due to no car and I pay for extra toppings and substitutions. The price is double on DD so if I paid for items I’d except them. Put the same effort into DD orders as you do in person. Makes no sense how they just did my order like that and I’m not happy at all. Things are not cheap and Yal just being lazy

This location is definitely a miss. I’ve visited here several times, each time the energy from the employees is so off and negative, never felt warm or welcoming. Then to top it off, the smoothies are not great. This was by far the worst, super gritty and not sweet at all, plus it’s not even filled to the top!!! ? Overpriced and then get gypped, I shouldn’t have to ask you to fill it to the top. The visit before this the smoothie must’ve had old fruit or something because it completely messed my stomach up. Waste of money. Overall, terrible customer service and product. Do not recommend this location at all.

This has GOT to be the best smoothie king I’ve ever been to
I’ve never been to a smoothie king where the smoothie bowl was a soup and the fruits were disgusting. My husband’s smoothie wasn’t sweet at all. It’s not all smoothie kings. This was the first time at this specific Smoothie king and it wasn’t great.
I like smoothie king but this bowl just wasn’t it. I tried one of the pitaya bowls. I didn’t even know what a pitaya was but the bowl was nasty. The peanut butter was unsweetened and tasted like liquid peanuts, the bowl started melting within 2 minutes of me trying to eat it in the car. The mangoes weren’t good. I’m skeptical to try the açaí after that but we’ll see.

You guys should really teach the guy that takes orders with the mask on to not make weird faces, roll eyes and question customers when they order a smoothie that fits their dietary needs. I will continue going to the fort mill smoothie king instead.

I was attempting to order an açaí bowl. Every time I order a bowl, I always get extra granola on the side, which I pay for. This morning, the white gentleman, and I use gentleman cautiously, asked 3 times about my order. When I explained what I wanted, he said: we can’t give you granola on the side. I told him I have had no problem getting granola on the side with my previous visits. He asked: “well who did that?” I told him: every person that has prepared my açaí bowl. When I asked him why, he aggressively stated: “because my manager said so!” I did not provoke him and I was very calm until he talked to me in that manner. He was rude and very condescending. There was a white woman who he served before me and he was very accommodating. I come to this store all the time but that will no longer be the case. I understand dealing with the public poses many challenges; however, I will not tolerate disrespect. I took my money and told him he’s rude. He followed up with a condescending: have a nice day! I will NEVER come back here again!
