You guys should really teach the guy that takes orders with the mask on to not make weird faces, roll eyes and question customers when they order a smoothie that fits their dietary needs. I will continue going to the fort mill smoothie king instead.

I was attempting to order an açaí bowl. Every time I order a bowl, I always get extra granola on the side, which I pay for. This morning, the white gentleman, and I use gentleman cautiously, asked 3 times about my order. When I explained what I wanted, he said: we can’t give you granola on the side. I told him I have had no problem getting granola on the side with my previous visits. He asked: “well who did that?” I told him: every person that has prepared my açaí bowl. When I asked him why, he aggressively stated: “because my manager said so!” I did not provoke him and I was very calm until he talked to me in that manner. He was rude and very condescending. There was a white woman who he served before me and he was very accommodating. I come to this store all the time but that will no longer be the case. I understand dealing with the public poses many challenges; however, I will not tolerate disrespect. I took my money and told him he’s rude. He followed up with a condescending: have a nice day! I will NEVER come back here again!

I love Smoothie King, but I have rarely bought from this store. This afternoon I decided to go for my favorite and it was a disappointment. Firstly, they charge me double, secondly they give me my drink half full and thirdly, the young woman has a reprehensible attitude toward me. The 2 people who were there seem to not know what they are doing.

If I could do a negative star I would!!! Worst smoothie king ever and the two kids you have working there have no clue what customer service is! They don’t even know how to make the drinks right! I will never be back!! The manager needs to do his job and hire better people!!!

Love smoothie king. I tried the PB Swizzle. WAY too much açaí and not enough fruit for my tasting. Too expensive for not having enjoyed it as I thought I would.

First time I ordered a bowl I picked up and it wad already pretty watery and fruit was over ripe. Thought I'd give it another try this afternoon and it was again disappointing. Less watery however the bananas were mush and the strawberries sour. The peanut butter used was very bitter and something was off about it. I'm just left nauseous and disappointed. I just need to take the extra drive and stick to the Tega Cay store from here on out because they've always provided quality ingredients and products in the countless times I've been there. Shame I can't rely on this store when it's literally 2 minutes from my house.
