I am so disappointed today, I have gone several times to this location and I have had zero problems today. I meet this gentleman who I requested for a peanut powder plus smoothie and I told him less ice four cubes of ice. He said he has to put the right amount of ice and told me that this was a health department Which is absolutely fault. I told him I am allergic to ice. It doesn’t suit me. He said ice is water then I told him can you please try and put less ice he said no so I told him I don’t want it and I had to go to another location in Blakeney and they made my smoothie with four cubes of ice and I was good to go. I feel putting pressure to do something what you feel like and not showing empathy or sympathy. Is very very bad this is the same gentleman that treated me the same way in the Ballentine village store. I told them I need only four or five cubes of ice. He said he will put less ice, but he made it to icy that I ended up throwing.In the garbage, yeah this is not the way you do business. This is not the way you treat customers..

I'm curious to know, why does some locations charge more than others? I always get a 20oz at other places and the smoothie is 6.81. At this location, I get the same one and it's 7.78!!! Is there a price difference for each location? The gentleman didn't seem to thrill when I asked about the price! His response was, there has been a price increase! No apology, let me see what I can do for you, nothing! Then he sat my smoothie aside after making it and took care of the other customers, then gave me mine! That was unacceptable! I'll just go back to the other locations!

Heathy options for pre or post workout nutrition. Easy access option located immediately in the lobby of the Morrisson YMCA. We staffed with excellently trained young staff. Great pricing and value for money. Tip, enjoy the massive discounts on Fridays for certain smoothies!
