Um…if you’re gonna leave teenagers in charge please make sure they are on top of their shit. This is the first terrible and SLOW experience i’ve ever had in my life. I ordered just two smoothies and i’m the only one here…they decided to finish cleaning and doing other things before starting on my smoothies. I have to be somewhere and i’m already late.

I was thoroughly impressed! The variety of smoothies available had always been great, but I love how the staff asked and catered to my specific dietary needs. I had the Mango Kale Smoothie, and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend for brewing or midday snack!

For the past few Sundays I have come here, and I have encountered the same young lady everytime at the register. According to my receipt, the employee name is Brianna. This young lady’s demeanor is very blahh. She does not say hello upon customer entry, nor when I reach the counter to order. She does not smile. Just waits for you to order. Can you please put someone with a very WELCOMING attitude at the register, and take Brianna off. Or please train her on customer service. Not to mention, today when I ordered, there was someone else waiting before me, so I happened to be looking at my phone for a bit. The person before me had their 2 drinks called upon them being finished, so they got them and left. As Im still waiting for mine, I just happened to look up and see a smoothie that could have been mine sitting on the counter. So I ask the young girl was it mine, she looks to another girl, and the other girl says “yeah.” Okay, well Thanks for that (GREAT) customer service and letting me KNOW (Not). Im big on customer service, and this definitely makes me not want to come back.

I am a everyday smoothie king purchaser, although I usually go to the one in Ballantyne commons. Let me say that again, I purchase smoothie king everyday. So everyday I get a 40oz because that’s usually my meal for the first half of the day. Yesterday I went into this location, ordered my usual 40oz and waited for it to be finished. Upon receiving my drink I realized my smoothie didn’t fill up the entire cup.( it was lower that the lip of the cup ) Mind you this smoothie is $16, so of course I told one of the employees and he started to make a second batch to fill the cup the rest of the way. I’m not sure why, but a heavier set African American lady stopped him from making the second batch and told him that the smoothie was close enough to the full line, and that if we poured anymore it would technically be 44oz instead of 40.. I have never in my life heard this *rule * and I purchase smoothie king EVERYDAY. And they are always filled to the top! I didn’t argue I simply took my drink and left. However I will be returning to the ballantyne location just to verify that this is a rule. Highly disappointed in the staff at this location.

Zero customer service skills. Grant it another Smoothie King messed up my order. But, I was passing through Charlotte on a one way trip and thought surely another Smoothy King would make it right. NOPE, they wanted me to make an extra 15 mile return round trip to the original store. BTW, snowballs don't belong in smoothies!!!! Now I know not to stop at this location. And do a quality check at all others.
