They frequently leave out chocolate or other ingredients with delivery orders - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. They also don’t respond to inquiries. It’s happened more than once and they just said it was busy- but I had to physically go there they didn’t respond to email or call and their app doesn’t let you contact them

Got a smoothie here in the morning last week, and it was delicious! Super clean too and fast service. Accidentally ordered at this location later that week and the manager helped me get my order refunded, and made sure the materials weren’t wasted since I didn’t have time to pick it up! Thank you guys so much! Can’t wait to come back.

Less than a minute ago just picked up my smoothie from this location and i’m so disappointed in the quality of people they have working at smoothie king now. I received my smoothie and it’s practically a juice. It’s so watered down and there’s practically no thickness i'm concerned if these people are even being trained properly. This location and the south park location are absolutely terrible DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My fiancé went here last month to get a smoothie and caught an allergic reaction to peanut butter that he did not ask for in his smoothie because as I mentioned, he’s allergic. His reaction was so bad that he had to be taken to the emergency room and had to stay there for hours to be monitored as well as pay a $150+ hospital bill. This was caused by negligence of the staff as they obviously don’t clean their blenders and forgot that people have serious allergies such as peanut allergies. Very disappointing as this wasted our time, money, and further resources. Please be careful, especially If you have children.

There is an employee, who kept touching the staff. they would constantly touch them and i could tell they were uncomfortable, they asked her to stop but they don’t listen. It feel is a hard watch and definitely make customers feel unsettled too. Smoothies are great!!!

Slowest Smoothie king I’ve ever been to. People don’t want to work. We got there 5:20PM and got our 2 drinks at 5:50PM. Ridiculous
Wouldn’t even give service a star. The kids in there were so slow and don’t think they even wanted to work. Mine was a special order and my husband was reg milk, we didn’t know which was which. One came out way before the other. They would mix them and then just leave them sit there making everyone wait. While they would wash dishes. Worst smoothie place I’ve ever been. Service was AWFUL. Never going back.

This is the slowest Smoothie King in the history of mankind. If you place a mobile order, expect them to not even start it until after you arrive. On average takes about 30-35 minutes for a mobile order - whether it’s busy or not.

The experience I had coming here is unexplainable, genuinely left me speechless, the utter speed of these employees making the smoothie faster than I could say supercalifragilisticexpialadoshis. Phenomenal experience such a captivating thrill tasting the strawberry hulk for the first time, exhilarating. 11/10 recommend this place for any occasion I will never forget the first time discovering a hidden grail.
