Bindi is wonderful and truly makes Smoothie King a better place. She’s kind, welcoming, and always brings such positive energy. Orders are made perfectly, and her customer service really stands out. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Smoothie King is lucky to have her!

Update- it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from corporate. If nobody contacts me I will be forced to contact health department for serious negligence of that 1 employee. Corporate do your job before the community boycotts.
Would not recommend this location- do yourself a favor and Drive 2 miles to another smoothie king instead- all the reviews stating they had bad experiences are True because I experienced the same rudeness from the short female there and she looks irritated for no reason- message to management- if your employees don’t like working with the public or dislike their job - remind them free to leave/ instead of being a stain on the community. Sidenote- a lot of the negative comments appear to be Latina & brown customers - coincidence or racism?

Walked in and was the only customer there, but no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. It was pretty awkward just standing there with no greeting or communication, so I ended up leaving.

My experience here was Terrible did not get a Smoothie. Manager needs training please call me I will happily take her job I care about my establishment my team and my work ethics. She didn’t care about anything and was making a mess dropping stuff wet floor just not a good look. I told her she needs to do better store has to suck if she’s the leader you can’t lead a team how she was doing. She seemed to be on something acting like the crazy girl on Orange Is The New Black Terrible. I can interview next week 🤷🏾♀️

I had such a good experience at Smoothie King! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The girl who helped me kept the conversation going the whole time and made the visit feel really comfortable and fun. The smoothies are always fresh and delicious, and the closing staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop by!
