As a regular customer on 11/7/2024 I just got extremely bad service from Heather at this location .She took my order , start on it and decide to wipe the counter with a paper towel then threw it in the trash and when I ask her to wash her hands before she proceed with my drink she had the worst attitude...people are suppose to feel safe when ordering a drink from this location ...when I ask her for her name she told me " you can complaint all you want to" ...very disappointing!!

Its totally disgusting when you greet someone that works in a establishment and ask how they are doing and they don't respond with anything but fine, while dealing with the public. No fine how are you no hello. Nothing... SMH

Came to get an Açaí bowl. It was a long wait but no stars deducted for that. Only two people were working and there seemed to be a lot of pick up orders. However they had some problems getting the peanut butter to come out. The guy decides to use his bare finger to clear the peanut butter into the trash can and then went to squeeze the remaining peanut butter onto my bowl. I had to stop him. I don’t need other peoples uncovered fingers in my food. I’ve been here a few times but will not be returning.

I am impressed with tk's performance he greets you with high energy and all smiles I asked him what keeps him going he said "home is where the heart is so i do everything with love" and that made me feel so welcomed like I actually mattered and that's rare that young man has a bright future ahead of him .... definitely will be back

The smoothie was good, but the guy behind the counter was quite rude and unsettling. I felt like a burden going in to order because he didn't say anything and just looked at me until I ordered.
Every other word out of the person's mouth was GD and the pineapple mango refresher tasted absolutely horrible. Wouldnt recommend going to this location if the word GD offends you.

They have a nice sitting area, and the shake was good, but MAN the guy working was extremely rude. Not just to me, but to several customers in a row. Purposely made people wait; would not speak to them when they tried to be friendly. One lady even had to say “boy, I hope you start having a better day” after he was throwing and banging things around. I understand that people have bad days, but this was very unprofessional.
