⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carrie and Victoria at the Whitehall Smoothie King (Store #1570) are absolutely amazing! Every time I stop by, they greet me with the biggest smiles and the friendliest attitude. They make my smoothie exactly how I like it—quick, fresh, and delicious—and they always go the extra mile to make sure I leave happy. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Carrie and Victoria make it feel effortless. They’re the reason this location is my favorite. Keep up the awesome work!

Just went on my lunch break, probably one of the worst smoothies I’ve ever had, i dont really leave review, but for buying a drink that cost as much as a chipotle bowl, this was a huge waste of time and money
So I went to get a power meal and bowl I asked if I could change the base because the base I wanted was out of stock he told me no very rudely and got angry that I asked he was so rude I decided not to purchase anything also observed him speaking rudely to a couple that could have been his parents I just hope the people u hire actually can look happy and be respectful cus it will lose you a lot of business thank you

2 weeks ago, I ordered the PB swizzle bowl. I always ask if they can put the peanut butter underneath the fruit, so it doesn't get on the lid, due to me taking it to-go. On this occasion, the two employees working straight up told me no, that they weren't allowed to make it like that even though I was requesting it to be altered and gave my reasoning. They said they would get in trouble if they did that. I still tipped them.
I went into another Smoothie King today and they completed me request with a smile, no questions asked. I'm not really sure why they refused this simple request. I wasn't asking for more, I was just asking for the topping to be moved. I won't be coming back to this location again. I've been holding off on my my review due to having great residual distaste and not even wanting to go back to Smoothie King after that experience, but the other location has me back on the right foot.

Worst Smoothie King in Charlotte. Massive marihuana smell when I came in, service was so freaking slow I could have finished an entire book. Receipts are on the floor, place is dirty, smelly. Employee “forgot” to say hi, you’re welcome, bye and such. And I tipped them when I placed the order online. Never again. Go to the Pineville location. Much better service!!!

As a regular customer on 11/7/2024 I just got extremely bad service from Heather at this location .She took my order , start on it and decide to wipe the counter with a paper towel then threw it in the trash and when I ask her to wash her hands before she proceed with my drink she had the worst attitude...people are suppose to feel safe when ordering a drink from this location ...when I ask her for her name she told me " you can complaint all you want to" ...very disappointing!!
