First time at smoothie king and the cashier was very patient and explained everything to me. I definitely will be back.

Staff is super nice at this location. There was a line to the door when I walked in but I barely even noticed I was even in that line before I knew it I had gotten up to the counter and finished placing my order. My coffee smoothie was very good. Thank you guys for being such a good mood booster and being so kind 🫶🏻

Good quality, and clean bathrooms which were nice. Everyone was upbeat and friendly!

When I purchased the smoothies from this location, I scanned my barcode which the cashier stated my acct was an error message. I went to check my recent orders, there is no record of me even ordering 3 smoothies. I tried to put in the barcode to earn my points and the system would not except my baroda. The manager advised to scan my recent event to report it.

The service was slow but they're friendly and service oriented.

Great atmosphere, amazing smoothies I drive 40 minutes just to come to this particular location Nichole happens to be one of my favorites! She’s always polite, engaging and makes a great smoothie! 10/10 the staff always speaks and talks as well

Have been getting my smoothies here for years and never had a problem. Last week I ordered one of our favorites and it tasted really bad and rancid. After I contacted the company I got a message from Victor the manager and he really made it right. Thanks Victor for your great customer service and thanks to the team for making the replacement smoothie taste amazing.

I know staff changes thus reviews can be good or bad but I've never had an issue at this location. They are always attentive when you walk in and ready to take your order. They also are quick to get you out. I see customers that have ordered ahead just walk in and their orders are done and they too are in and out.

I was greeted upon entering with politeness and a smile. The young lady inside seemed to be the only one working at the moment and she took my order quickly and promptly. The smoothie ordered was DELICIOUS! The store was clean and well kept.

BEYOND SLOW. Like always. No matter what day or time you go, this particular location has you waiting almost 20 mins for your smoothie. And the female workers always have a bad attitude. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.
