The black guy working at this Smoothie King is very rude and unprofessional!! I ordered a smoothie on the app and went to pick it up but he refused to make it. I showed proof on the app that it was paid for and that I was at the correct location and even went as far to show them the money came out of my bank acct. My money was not refunded. He and the black girl working that day with him lied and said the mgr told them not to make me a smoothie. As long as those 2 are working there I will nvr go there again!! Both have horrible customer service!!! I have never been treated so disrespectful as a paying customer!!! It was a horrible experience!!!?

Got there at 7:20 door states they are open until 9 I got there and saw customers leaving and as I got out of the car and walked to the door one of the employees walked around the counter and locked the door while laughing. No explanation was given. A simple “ hey we’re closing early” would have sufficed, but he decided that it would be okay to proceed in locking the door in my face and laughing while doing so was okay.

Edit: I did give you another try and it happened again.If curbside delivery is not available please put a sign.Don’t do curb side pickup, they never bring it to you. I made an order tonight and they made it and sat it on the counter even though they saw me parked in the curbside pick up area. I sometimes struggle to get in and out of my car so I guess if you’re handicapped don’t go to this one.

Stopped by today and Trinity made me the best smoothie! But she also greeted me with “welcome in, what can we blend for you today?” I loved how she just kicked it up a notch with the on-brand greeting and made me smile. I also appreciated that she reminded me to scan my rewards app for points as I was super tired when I arrived.Highly recommend the Greek yogurt pineapple smoothie!

When I tell y'all this Hive Five bowl is so good. This is the first Açaí bowl I have ever liked. It has a nice sweet smoothie feel as well as a great crunch from adding granola. Highly Recommend

Smoothies are always delicious and they're very easy to order ahead on the app. The customer service is hit or miss. No one has been outright rude however many times you're not acknowledged at all even if you're one of a few people in there.

No issues with online order. Ready when said it would be. I love that my cup was full. Please wipe off all of the smoothie dripping around the sides!
