This location is very convenient, welcoming, clean, and organized! All of the employees are very friendly, and you can really tell they care about customer service. My order is always made fresh and just the way I like it. I never have to wait long, and the energy in the store is always upbeat and positive. Whether I’m stopping by after a workout or just craving something refreshing, this place hits the spot every time. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best staff and owner. Friendly and more than accommodating. Smoothies always on point! Don’t go to another Smoothie King or smoothie place in general. This is the one.☝️

I arrived at 8pm and the staff didn't serve me because they were tired. The place closed at 9pm.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and order at Smoothie King. From the moment I walked in, I noticed that the place was spotless, which is a great reflection of the care and attention to detail they have. The tables were perfectly clean and organized, and the smoothie prep area looked very well maintained. It's clear that the staff puts in the effort to maintain a hygienic and pleasant environment for customers. This, along with their delicious smoothies, makes the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'll be returning to!

My visit to Smoothie King was exceptional thanks to the amazing team of employees! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a very positive attitude. Went to get a bowl after my workout because my gym offers 10% off but when we walked in at 5:44pm on Jan. 8th we weren’t greeted at all. 2 employees male and female just looked at us and didn’t say a single word. We decided to leave and go to Tropical Smoothie where we were greeted and helped.

I visited Smoothie King today at 3:20 PM EST and was disappointed with the service. When I arrived, the only employee on duty, a female staff member, was sitting on the customer couches in an otherwise empty store. I placed an online order at 2:55 PM, with an estimated pickup time between 3:10 and 3:15 PM. When I informed her I was there for a pickup, she walked to the counter from the couches, picked up my paper order, and began preparing the order. I asked, "My order is not ready yet?" and she replied, "No it is not". I pointed out that she had at least 25 minutes to prepare it, but she claimed the order had ‘just come in.’ She had to at least be sitting on the couches for half an hour if she did not notice my order come in until I got there.

This was frustrating because this defeats the purpose of placing an online order to save time and avoid waiting.

I've visited a lot of Smoothie Kings but this one has by far exceeded my love for smoothie bowls. This was my first time trying one and wow it was fresh and full of flavor. It was recommended by the owner during my visit. She was very welcoming and wanted to make sure I received the best experience as possible. The whole staff was just amazing and friendly. I'll definitely be back. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Thank you for making my day. 😃

I'm here from Canada, first time trying smoothie king. The staff is lovely, very clean environment and I enjoyed my bowl. Overall the exchange/ experience is great would for sure recommend and come back here. Thanks to Prea!
