Absolutely the best smoothie king around. I've been coming here since day one. My smoothie is always perfect. If I don't pick up within 5-7 minutes they store it in the freezer for me, so it's always cold and smooth. The service is as expected. Always greeting and friendly.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Megan, during my most recent trip to the store. She is the personification of hard work and professionalism. A company order was placed and she provided a quick resolution to a concern with tact and grace. The fact that she was the only person working (taking all phone calls, making orders and ensuring pick up orders were handed off properly) is a testament to her dedication!

Came in the other late morning, ordered a 44Oz Island Impact; the lady (Shanaya?) at the counter couldn’t have been been ruder. I’m also sure the fruit used was expired as it gave me a horrible stomach ache and made me violently sick about 2 hours after consuming. I called the store and was told to contact the Owner. How this location is open is a mind boggle to me. Hoping they either fix their issues or get shut down ASAP, so sad a company would do this to it’s community.

Came to this location for the first time and thought it was very nice. Very clean and bright store, staff was friendly, and my drink was great. I’ll be coming back for sure.
Vegetarian options: They’re basically all vegetarian friendly since they’re fruit smoothies.
Dietary restrictions: They have lots of variety and you can customize what you want in it as well.
Kid-friendliness: They have lots of options kids would enjoy. It’s very open and good seating options.

Stopped by on july 27th thought they were closing when i got there at 8pm young blk girl was just finishing up putting the chairs up. My daughter wanted to sit down but couldnt.
I wish the manager or whomever that white lady in the back was would've made my drink as the black girl waa being wishy washy and seemed to have an attitude & sctimg suspect. I was fine until i finished my drink at home then not long after had stomach pains and then the runs. Soon after my other family members had the same issues with their stomach and the runs. I'm not coming back here again. Nope. I shoulda kpt my eye on her when she was making the drinks. Cause now we all got the runs

LOOK AT YELP FOR THE REAL REVIEWS THESE HAVE TO BE PAID FOR. It’s like playing Russian Roulette ordering from this place. Cannot believe the lack of professionalism, customer service or pride in work. This place has always been unpredictable when it comes to quality but this by far is the worse we've ever experienced. Got it delivered as we've done before and have never gotten product that looks like this. Drove back up there after trying to call and was told that the manage Megan would not approve replacement bowls to be made the employee very could have been lying so just incase she as working today at6:30. I was not rude about the situation and simply wanted a new bowl with fresh produce. I've worked in this industry and have never produced this type of bowl. Disappointed that we now have to drive farther or choose a different business to order from is an understatement.

Only go here if you want to play Russian Roulette with your smoothie bowls and money. For some reason I can’t upload my photos but you can see the soup on Yelp. Google reviews are obviously paid for there’s no way they have 4.1 on Google but 2 stars on Yelp.
