The açaí Bowls are ridiculously high for less fruit you get more açaí at the bottom than you do Fruit which is crazy. Told the young lady I just prefer my refund but she couldn’t do since manager wasn’t available had to ask for more cuz the amount of fruit she gave was not even equivalent to the amount of açaí at the bottom which didn’t make sense to me with that much açaí filled to the top and you get baby portion fruit on top that’s not even worth it.

I’ve been in a few times. I’m never greeted upon entry. My last visit I stood at the counter waiting to order for about 4 minutes while the workers had their backs turned and gossiping about another employee. When my order was ready I was not called, it just sat on the counter. When I looked up the worker pointed and said “there you go” and walked away. Most of them are teens so, that says a lot.

I was charged a 25% tip that I didn’t authorize. The cashier denied selecting a tip, but the transaction showed otherwise. I received a refund, but I’m concerned other customers may be charged unauthorized tips as well.

Absolutely love this Smoothie King! The staff is always friendly, quick, and they get my order right every time. The smoothies are delicious, fresh, and perfect for a post-workout or mid-day pick-me-up. The store is clean and welcoming, and they always have great recommendations if you’re not sure what to try. My favorites are the Gladiator and the Strawberry Hulk — both always spot on! Highly recommend this location if you want great service and even better smoothies.
