Say they open at 7 but the location was not open at all nobody was in the store at all and lights were off no sign saying they were closed
Smoothie was made with stevia, which I cannot tolerate. This is not in the ingredient list and I think it was added by mistake. Very disappointing.

To start off, the customer service was AMAZINGGGG!!! Santana (i believe her name is) has such great customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you for my smoothie 10/10!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this time I just can’t hold this one in . I ordered the Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha smoothie — and I was so ready to enjoy it. I’ve had this exact smoothie at other locations before and it was always delicious. But this time? Totally flavorless. No mocha, no almond , just like watery coffee…. I was honestly so disappointed.
I didn’t try it right away because I trusted the brand — Smoothie King has always had a great reputation and I’ve never had a bad experience before. I only took my first sip in the car, and by the time I realized something was off, the store had already closed. I was the last customer of the day, so I didn’t even have a chance to ask for a remake.
For the price, I expected a rich and satisfying treat — instead, it felt like a watered-down afterthought. Really hoping this was just a one-off mistake, but it ruined the whole experience for me😢
Maniya did not speak to me or greet me when I walked in. I walked in and there was no one else there. She saw me and kept making a smoothie as I walked over to the register. I waited for her to say something and she did not. She walked right by me to go in the back to get Fatou. She came back out and said “ someone will be with you” and that was it. Please teach her basic common courtesy. I went out my way to go to this particular location because the guys that used to work there were always so nice and gave the best service. If this is the new standard of service here, I won’t be returning. I don’t give my money where I’m not respected.

Had a mobile pickup order and got my smoothies I always get and they had no flavor whatsoever so I went back in to request remakes. Got a nasty attitude from the manager stating “I can’t keep remaking smoothies, my co worker wasn’t suppose to remake them in the first place”. Rude and inconsiderate given that I paid 16$ for two smoothies, I expect them to be made correctly.

I'm sorry to give a negative review because most of the time it's very good here. However, this is the second time I've had a bad experience with a Smoothie King within the last couple of weeks. First, I order delivery, which is done through Uber Eats, and VIKTOR V through Uber Eats never showed up with the order but set the status as delivered. Of course, it's impossible to contest an order like that since it's not done through the Uber app but through Uber in a web browser, and in order to say there's a problem with an order it needs to go through the app; so, no way to get the money back on that one. Then, today, I put in my order at this Smoothie King to be picked up (no more delivery) and the guy working there can't find my order in the freezer. Well, he goes to the back and suddenly pops out with a bag with my order. I get home and find two melted bowls. If he left them out, why didn't he say anything? I guess the airpods he had in his ears helped him sufficiently tune out the consequences of his irresponsible conduct. I hate writing a bad review because I really like what I get most of the time and don't have this experience most of the time. But, once you let people start ruining the business you lose customers. I will think twice before ordering from Smoothie King again.
Update (13 May 2025): I'm glad Smoothie King reached out. I went back yesterday evening and was served by Josh. He's very friendly and did a great job! I'm glad I was able to go and have a good experience again at this Smoothie King as I didn't want to just stop going. I'm bumping up the star ratings.

Staff was slow and not enough people working. I ordered online, got there and waited for 30 minutes and nothing.
Everything was great except for the fact that the girl making my smoothie was sick. You could clearly see she was ill. Even asked her about it and she said her manager was coming in at some point to relieve her. It’s a shame companies don’t prioritize their employees health over making a few bucks.

The smoothies are the best at this location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Hannah is awesome and always makes sure things are right and running smoothly in the store!

It smells like someone opened up a bottle of liquor and poured it all over the store. The smell is horrible. First and last visit.

This Smoothie Kind has the worst service. Walked in on Tuesday, October 29th at 11:20am. This girl with twists in her hair came out from the back. No welcome, nothing. I walked up to the register and said hi. She didn’t even acknowledge my sentiments. I turned around immediately and walked out and to another location. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. That was my last time going there!
