Everything gets zero stars customer service very poor people rude , i payed for extra fruit and employees argued with me that they gave me so when i literally had a pinch of fruit I advise everyone stay away from this location i went there another day before today and they completely messed up everything I paid for and i let it slide the first time

Definitely not entirely sure as to why the young lady seemed as though she was annoyed with our presence. To be clear we've never been to this location ever and to ask it seems as those the simplest of questions was irritating or infuriating for her to correspond with I do pray that her day goes better. The drinks came out decent I got the Caribbean way in a 44 oz No turbinado and my significant other got the lemon twist strawberry 44 oz.

Jaslyen was so rude to me and the kids on my visit to this establishment on 5/31/2025. We usually have good visits here and the employees have been respectful and helpful. I want to know who owns this particular franchise, but have been unable to find the information yet! Jaslyen should be reprimanded for her treatment of customers and maybe take some customer service training. She needs it badly. We have spent a lot of money here and didn’t appreciate her rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Man, I use to love smoothie king. Now it gives me stomach cramps and diarrhea. My friends and family also experience the same symptoms. Unfortunately I can not eat at this franchise any longer.
They didn’t really blend my smoothie and about a quarter of it was just ice chunks

The problem is inconsistency. One day the bowl is full and neat the next it's 1/3 less and thrown together. I had to pay too much for that. I'm upset and will avoid this one in the future.
