The problem is inconsistency. One day the bowl is full and neat the next it's 1/3 less and thrown together. I had to pay too much for that. I'm upset and will avoid this one in the future.

This is a drive-thru and walk-up only Smoothie King. The employees are usually very nice and accommodating and they make everything to the Smoothie King standard. Definitely join the rewards program!

Stable business. Offer wide selection of refreshing smoothie to meet your nutritional needs. From protein, vegan, energy etc. Customer service is nice to offer suggestions. Drive thru services. Line length my vary. Once selection is made wait time less than 4 minutes. Smoothie comes in various sizes 20 oz and larger.

Love the drinks here. Slightly shocked by the price increase $9.50 for a 32oz smoothie. The taste was definitely good but would prefer if they OFFERED the option to have a plastic cup vs Styrofoam, considering the price.Also since the line is always very long, maybe consider adding a second menu board for customers to look at while waiting.

It's absurd that they have a sign stating that walk-up orders cannot be processed, despite the fact that three individuals were standing there staring at me as if they had nothing better to do. It's just a lame justification for offering subpar customer service. This is absolutely not the place I would suggest.
