Out of towner here. Smoothies great. But customer service needs a little bit of work. Also atmosphere dropped a few stars because location hard to find and not enough signage to direct you to store. I had placed a mobile order but couldn’t figure out where the location was and walked by closest entrance due to lack of signs. I ended up walking around building to M.L.K. Blvd side entering via a garage where I saw a sign.

Love the smoothies and wraps. I would recommend training staff more though on customer service. The young kids need that training. Otherwise, cool place. Also, let's play some music in there.

I love this Smoothie King. I work near this location, and the Smoothies are generally good. Exceptions for 1 or 2 was a little watery. Employees are professional and friendly. I hv 1 problem... The Cashiers always hv trouble redeeming my coupons & honoring my points. ??♀️?.

LacklusterOrdered my usual 32oz Chocolate Peanut Power Plus at this location.Smoothie was chunks of ice and watered down. Almost flavorless.Girl making the smoothie had no personality and seemed upset.Will not be returning- that $8 in the trashGave it 2 stars because the cashier was nice.
