Paid $15 for a smoothie that has several fruits and it just taste like water. I don’t know if to much ice is added or what but it is not flavorful at all

I would like to start out by saying Smoothie King is one of my favorite spots to stop at before or after work. I have been in this particular store 3 or 4 times in the past week including today , Monday 12/16/24. I have always got great customer service just until recently since there have been several new female employees that seem to have no desire to please the customer. Each time I have come in when they are working I have ordered the Açaí Bowl and have been told each time they are out , but I come in when the young man is working that worked tonight, Monday 12/16, and he has no problem fixing the bowl and always has a smile and friendly. I just feel this needed to be brought to managements attention in case it’s happening to others. If it had happened once I would think maybe they were out but it’s happened several times lately and only by these new employees. Thanks!

The smell of the store made me not want to order anything
First of this location literally smells horrible. Like toilet water and wet dog. The service everytime I come is terrible and expect to be waiting 15 minutes for a smoothie even though you’re the only one there. This location is frustrating to deal with.
