Paid $15 for a smoothie that has several fruits and it just taste like water. I don’t know if to much ice is added or what but it is not flavorful at all

I would like to start out by saying Smoothie King is one of my favorite spots to stop at before or after work. I have been in this particular store 3 or 4 times in the past week including today , Monday 12/16/24. I have always got great customer service just until recently since there have been several new female employees that seem to have no desire to please the customer. Each time I have come in when they are working I have ordered the Açaí Bowl and have been told each time they are out , but I come in when the young man is working that worked tonight, Monday 12/16, and he has no problem fixing the bowl and always has a smile and friendly. I just feel this needed to be brought to managements attention in case it’s happening to others. If it had happened once I would think maybe they were out but it’s happened several times lately and only by these new employees. Thanks!

First of this location literally smells horrible. Like toilet water and wet dog. The service everytime I come is terrible and expect to be waiting 15 minutes for a smoothie even though you’re the only one there. This location is frustrating to deal with.

i ordered my smoothie 15-20 minutes in advance, but when i arrived it wasn’t ready and the two girls behind the counter initially ignored me before finally asking me what i wanted. i told them i had a online order and one girl picked up a order receipt like she just noticed it and started my order. the whole time the girls were joking around, laughing and taking their time and when i finally got my smoothie it tasted so nasty, like it wasn’t blended properly, so i threw it out. i had to be back at work which is why i put my order in advance yet when i get there it’s not ready and the only two employees are slow, joking around and can’t even bother to make it right. i can understand if it was busy but there were no other customers in the store. judging by the other reviews and the fact that the owner gives the same copy and past reply to complaints i don’t think anything will actually be done about the quality of service here. i don’t recommend this location.
I typically steer clear of this location because I've never had a good experience. The staff is usually cold, if not rude, the smoothies don't taste the same as they do at other locations, and my order is never ready when I arrive (after having usually ordered 10-15 min ahead). Despite this, this store was my only convenient option recently, and I took a chance. I walked into the store around lunchtime on a Saturday, and there weren't any smoothies ready, and no one in the store front. I stood around for a few moments, wondering if anyone was anywhere in the store. A gentleman eventually came out and asked how he could help me. I told him I was picking up an online order and then turned to the receipt printout, where there were multiple tickets waiting. He reluctantly made my drink. While doing so, another employee walked in the store, and the two started talking about food orders and debating chips. Listen, everyone has to eat, but the way this was done was incredibly unprofessional. He then handed me my smoothie with the most irritated face I've seen all week and didn't say a single word to me. My drink tastes like ice and is very chunky. I'm officially never coming back to this location.

I came in today and the 2 young ladies didn't greet me when I came in although there were only 2 customers in the store who had already ordered. They proceeded to walk past the register where I was standing twice without greeting me or acknowledging my wait. This is the most unfriendly location of Smoothie King I've ever been to and the service is always subpar. I'd rather drive to Southpark or Sardis Rd. even though I live in walking distance of this location. They act like they don't want to be here or work and like certain customers aren't welcome.

Do NOT spend your money here ! I came in with my daughter the guy behind the register with long green hair was completely unhinged. I hadn’t ordered yet another person came in after us who walked up to the counter and I just let him know “hey we didn’t order yet” before he took his order. He was soooooo nasty to us then told us to get out and yelled out theft as if we stole while we were walking out. My daughter had a protein bar in her hand that i told her to put back which she did . Because I refused to spend my money here after he talked to me that way. The only reason I chose not to escalate this is because my child was with me . As I am in my car now writing this review my daughter is bawling her eyes out because that’s how unhinged he was . I wish I recorded it I have no idea if this was a race thing or if he’s just mentally unstable. Either way this was unacceptable. As a business owner myself I would Never tolerate anything like this . This man is lucky that God was on his side this day.

The smoothie is a blend of frozen organic real fruits, along with other nutrient rich ingredients like flax or hemp seeds.5 star. Highly recommended.
