Amazing food with good portions, the aesthetic of the restaurant was so cute, fire playlist, and super nice staff. The bartender even let us in 30 mins before close and encouraged us to dine in. I also loved the ice cubes lol. Definitely recommend the cinnamon bun and strawberry shortcake pancakes! Just amazing would def come again if I lived nearby!!

We had takeout from this place, very nice selection of the menu, even tho the website is slightly harder to use, little finicky. I had quinoa porridge, with blackberries and almond butter, genuinely as good as it can get, usually there is not too much flavor in them to begin with but i enjoyed my meal. My husband got the breakfast burrito, it was massive anf very hard to eat. I couldn’t try it but it did not look super appetizing, my husband was not sold on it as the best burrito, he ate about half. Overall okay food, probably wouldn’t order again.

P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I’ll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

Trash. Garbage. I came here Friday Dec 5 2025. Yes this breakfast place is not it. Save your time and money. I don’t eat meat. I ask for shrimp and grits twice without meat, and they came to the table twice with meat. I canceed and walked out. I went to roosters wood fired kitchen across the street and give them A+. Stay away from this breakfast place. Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, ihop and famous toastery better then this place

Interesting menu, pleasant staff, consistently small portions for the $ and the service can be a bit of a challenge. But the primary reason for the poor review is that after we stopped in today (a Tuesday) for 50 minutes at 11 AM, we were charged $9.99 for parking! As if the $52 for breakfast - to be fair, included 1 bloody mary + tip wasn't enough punishment for a spur for a spur of the moment indulgence.... All in brunch totaled $74 for eggs, a coffee, 2 waters and 1 bloody mary. Caveat Emptor.

Snooze has gotten worse year by year. From forgetting parts of your order and never receiving them even after asking to getting ZERO service at all like I did today at this location. The employees AND manager are clueless and careless.

I met some friends here mid week for a birthday breakfast. We were seated quickly our chai was served quickly. Our waitress heard it was a birthday and brought out a birthday pancake (on the house). What a fun surprise! ProTip: the garage nearby has free parking for the 1st 3 hours.

Placed a to-go order with the hostess. Told to go to the bar to pick up hot chocolates. Waiting at the bar but told it has to be at the other side of the bar. Then told to go back to the hostess to get my order. Waiting for my order and told I'm in the way and that I must wait on the other side of the door, where I was in the way of people coming from the other door. Then called back to the hostess where I was in the way to get my order then passed back to where I was waiting bumping people to get through because that's where everyone was sent to wait. Bumping more people at the door that were never told to move. Bumped more people outside the door whom were never told to move to then get to my car and told by security I had to move because it wasn't a 10 minute spot.
Obviously, I'm not supposed to be there. Won't make that mistake again.

Went to Snooze today for the 1st Time -- I was visiting. Love the seating, booths, open air environment! Love the positive vibe - they have a counter you can sit at if you do not want a table or booth. My pancakes were a bit doughy, not cooked all the way. We had a WONDERFUL waiter named Ty who took it back for another set. I asked for soft bacon, it was crispy! Ty got me soft bacon. I will return the next time I am in town and not rushing for the airport!
