I had read the reviews prior and it was very hit or miss. Unfortunately it was a miss. The hash browns come in a puck shape and I found that weird, but the issue was the flavors and taste were subpar. The Benedict sauce was 10/10 but my food was room temp when served so it made it less enjoyable. The coffee was okay but unfortunately the server never offered to refill or bring me the cream I asked for and I didn’t have the heart to ask again. We were greeted, order taken, and paid. Not a very friendly environment. For the price and quality I’d try something else. I heard a lot of good things so maybe this is a bad day and a server who wasn’t feeling it.

Sunday brunch.... Always a struggle, right? I got there by 10, table for 2 and was told 45-60 min wait. No big deal. However after 20 minutes, the text message thing started telling me my table was almost ready and go see the host. I go up, say I got the message, and she says oh your like 14 deep, don't trust the messaging thing. Okay, sure.Flash forward, we are at the table. Our waitress was attentive and did her job well. Not super friendly but polite and you could tell she was busy. The food was a mix. Bacon was pretty good, really yummy pancake, Benedicts were tasty but small, burrito was missing things and had to be sent back.... That was the biggest pain. Order a carne asada breakfast burrito with spinach and mushrooms (you kinda get to build your burrito which was super cool) but no carne came. He dug through half his burrito and couldn't find any. It had pockets of all the other ingredients, like all of the spinach shoved into one end of the burrito so he hoped it was just hiding. No such luck. So we flagged down our waitress and she took it to be corrected. Came back out maybe 7 minutes later, by I assume was the kitchen manager with standard apologies. Now, in my world of restaurants, that item would have been comped or discounted for the inconvenience. This was not. Not that I mind paying full price for it and still gave the waitress over 20%, but I feel like that one of those things the hospitality industry does because they screwed up, they know it, and want you to return as a customer. And this is not a cheap place. The atmosphere is very laid back and cheesy dinner-esque feels but you're also paying $7 for a side of bacon (3 pcs) and $6.75 for a single pancake add-on! Their coffee is no better than standard drip coffee everywhere else and is much better at home (why does coffee service have to suck so much!?!?) and btw is a $4 charge! A grande drip at Starbucks is under $3....Sorry, rambling over. Moral of the story is, we were not thrilled with this place. We MIGHT try them again at some point in the future. Nothing was bad necessarily but it wasn't great either. We thought it was expensive for what we got and that, I feel, is literally just because they opened up shop on one of the most expensive corners in South Park.Parking: Parking garage attached in the backside to this set of buildings. It was free on the Sunday we went but I don't know if it is all the time.Wheelchair accessibility: Getting to restaurant is wheelchair accessible but tight access once your in the restaurant itself. Might be a little cumbersome but I feel most restaurants are in this regard.

Waited almost two hours from when we first joined the online waitlist to get seated on a Sunday early afternoon. Ordered the classic and wasn’t impressed - food was bland and the hash browns soggy. Was expecting better for the wait and price point…will try something different if I make it back.

So this is my first experience today at snooze.. I can actually say that the service was very nice.. I actually like my food, but my date really didn’t care for his.. he had the shrimp and grits, shrimp was very gummy.. that was my experience for the first time. Just wanted to share that with you guys.

Lovely 50s styled cafe. The food was so well made and delicious.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options and can make some otems to order. I was wary of all the nuts on the menu but did fine. I didn't ask about preplike I normally do. But the waitress was proactive in asking about food allergies, so she got me into a comfortable zone.

The food is great but the management is horrible. They have a bar code advertised to sign up for their app and get a free flight of pancakes on your next visit. I did just that and three weeks later went in to get my free pancakes. The server said it was for one signature pancake and we could not use it but when I showed her my app with the free flight she got her manager. The manager said it was for a free “mini” pancake and when I showed him my app he said it must be something new even when they’re advertising it on THEIR tables. He then said that he could only honor one per table (my parents were also there but on a different check) which would have been fine without the other issues. Just a crazy experience and they NEVER want to honor the rewards their own company send out. My sister has had an issue with rewards in the past. Will not be returning.Parking: You have to park across the street at the Harris Teeter or mall they have no parking of their own.

We were seated in a timely manner. The wait staff were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our waiter made a great recommendation and sought to provide suggestions based on what we said. The food was delicious, and we weren't rushed to pay and get out. I would definitely recommend this location and will visit again.

Regardless of the location, this big little chain is what breakfast and brunch dreams are made off. Stellar taste, exceptional quality ingredients, creative menu, easy to customize for special orders (vegan friendly with lots of meat selections as well). Love this place. Best bread pudding on earth.

First time visit as I office next door. Simple breakfast meeting with a partner. My buddy was running late, rainy day here in CLT.Even though the entire restaurant was empty they refused to seat me until he arrived. Absurd policy that should not apply when the seating is 95% empty makes no sense. Last visit here………If I said I was a party of one I would have sat immediately!
