The food is delicious! My son who is a very picky eater requests Snow Your Roll all the time. We are so happy they are back and we can’t wait to visit them! The staff is friendly and kind, and always greats us with smiles. Food trucks tend to move a little bit slower, so make sure you prepare for a reasonable wait.

Finally got a chance to try them at the Eat Black Charlotte Food Festival. This is a food truck. I had a Hibachi Egg Roll and I cannot stop thinking about it. The Yum Yum sauce completes it. My friend had the Veggie Stir Fry Egg Roll and really enjoyed his as well. I didn't get to try a shaved ice this time around, by the time I tried to circle back the line was crazy. The two ladies that own the truck are really nice, helpful, and provide great service. I will definitely come back to try more egg rolls and shaved ice especially as it gets warmer outside.

My family and I tried this spot at the Eat Black Charlotte event and although there was a long line, it was worth the wait. My sister from out of town wanted a snow cup so we all got one and we were amazed. It was tasty and needed on a hot day. I tried the Veggie egg roll and it was ok, but I would definitely recommend!

I had to go support a fellow Viking! Snow Your Roll DID NOT disappoint. I ordered the Hibachi & Seafood egg roll & I already want another one lol. They were so fresh, hot, & full of flavor. I will be returning soon.

We visited this business as part of the Eat Black Charlotte restaurant week. We grabbed some lemonades and egg rolls to share. There was about a 20 minute wait once our order was placed so we just waited in car. The service was great, the food was hot, and our order was correct. The lemonade was top tier. So, so good. Our favorite roll was the Korean Philly roll - don't skip out on the dipping sauce it comes with! It was amazing! Each roll was stuffed and we found it to be really filling. If you see them out, definitely stop by and support them!

I have been wanting to try Snow Your Roll for sometime now. Little did I know yesterday would be my lucky day. I came across the establishment on accident and lets just says its my favorite accident thus far. The Hibachi Chicken egg roll was amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations. My only regret was not getting more than 1. I look for to trying the soulfood eggroll especially but will be trying all the others as well. I love a business where the food and customer service matches. So not only will you get food that makes your taste buds dance but you will also get amazing customer service. They have a customer for life.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem! Got the Hibachi Egg Roll, Seafood Egg Roll, and Lobster Corn dog and two slushies. The only thing I can say is I'll be back! Everything was very tasty and family is super sweet that owns this. Good spot in charlotte ?

Tried 1 of everything and wish I bought 3 of everything! In LOVE with the lobster corn dog…. Very unique to create such a masterpiece. All the sauces fit so perfectly with each item it’s intended for! Planning a trip from FL to get back to this amazing food truck!

Great Customer Service! The rolls were fresh and not greasy. Great variety of snow cones. Will definitely be back. Recommend ordering online or getting there early they do sell out of rolls after a certain.
