Only taking online orders??? How is this place in business?

Refused to answer in drive thru. Waited 20 minutes and no response. There were two people in the restaurant but they just would answer the drive thru.

Rude and won't take late night orders unless you're doordash or online. They had a sign on the drive thru saying broke but they could speak to you through a speaker to say that we needed to use a stall. When I try to order at the stall they change it up and say online orders only. Will not return

Made an order on my way to work waited 30 minutes to get it and there is no employees even inside. Went to contact Support and they are making me jump through hoops to get a refund just close this place down already.

Don’t know what the deal with this Sonic is but they need to hire some people. They seem to be understaffed every time I come and I don’t even come here often. I order through the mobile app every time too way ahead and it takes minimum 30 mins from the pick up time provided on the mobile app.

Pretty much non existent service. They can't even make a corner dog and a shake in less than 40 minutes while it was really slow. So many people were leaving.
They refused to take orders unless it’s online. So we spoke to the lady at the walk up and she acted as if she was taking our order and lied. We waited and over 20 minutes for nothing. They advertised on Halloween a special and go provide no food because nobody wanted to work. Don’t visit this location because the workers are lazy. She would rather sit outside and smoke cigarettes like she was when we pulled up.
