Sonic Drive-In

I’ve had some bad experiences at this place before but glad it didn’t keep me from trying again. The lady in here today went above and beyond with the service I got today. I wish I got her name but she definitely made sure I was okay multiple times as she was bringing out to others.

This is the worse I have ever been to by far , I usually go around 9:30 pm , I’ve waited in line for for a 30 mins to even put my order in and if I didn’t have my teens w me that wanted chili fries I would would have left , so after 30mins I get my order put in then I had to wait another 30 mins at the window while the cars behind were getting their food before me , another customer on the other side had evidently been waiting on their food forever so when they finally got their food a shouting match erupted bc they had to wait so long. I only see like two people working in there at night , if this is the case you need to hire more workers for the night shift to get customers in and out , I can go to taco bell and be in and out w in 5mins , this location needs some serious changes before it shuts down bc of customers having to wait so long for their food and other cars getting their food before that car at the window.

I’ve been here several times at night and it’s always the same so I just stopped coming here bc I’m not gonna wait an hr to get my dinner after working , I’m ready to get home not sit here for an hr to get fed , I got to McDonald’s or Taco Bell bc they get you in and out and care abt your personal time

Ordered 2 chill cheese dogs, one had no chilli on it, took them back and the manager said sorry and made 2 more again 1 with no chilli!!! What is the problem here!!!

Food took forever, the person on the speaker wouldn’t listen made me repeat my order at least 5 times. The sanitation rating is 91.5. I definitely will not come back. Straight up I waited almost 30 mins for 2 burger a hotdog and tots like bruh….. smh the food is cold and tastes awful. The food at the gas station beside it is ten times better and faster. Please go somewhere else

Terrible, huge line of cars 2 hours before closing. Random employee walks up to my car and says they’re not serving food for at least 30 min. I asked why and they said they’re just not serving. They got all the cars off the drive thru so they could be lazy and not work.

Slow service, always "closed" on Doordash, always out of items

Edit 01/12/25: decided to give them another try yesterday, waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and received no service at all

To come and see multiple people also leaving 1star reviews explains it all. This location overall is just horrible. From the wait times, to the customer service! You would think that the area it’s in, the service would be a lot better. Or at least fair. Don’t bother wasting your money with them and there is PLENTY of other restaurants in the same parking lot.

The food is mediocre, service is unbelievably slow, and the French fries are consistently cold. Would not recommend.

This Sonic Drive-In needs so much work. A revamp of this place will be needed. The business has truely gone down. I purched two chili cheese coneys and medium tots. The coneys were longer than the bun, it took 40 mins before the food came out and i ended up going to the drive-thru to get my order. I think there was only 1 or 2 people working. The Sonic was dark and very few people around. They were out of several things. When i got home the tots were soggy in a container full of grease! They were not eatable. This was so disappointing. You could not call because no one would answer the phone. This experience was very dishearting.
