Hidden in Charlotte, Soul Miner is a culinary destination that every vegan (and non-vegan) should have on their radar. This spot has mastered the art of plant-based comfort food, offering dishes that are so delicious, they're worth crossing state lines for. Must-Try Dishes: Vegan Wings: These are the star of the show. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. They're so good, they'll make you forget about traditional wings altogether. Brussels Sprout Side: Not just an afterthought, this side dish is a standout. The brussels sprouts are cooked to perfection, creating a dish that's both comforting and exciting. Price Point: While Soul Miner might not be the cheapest option around, the quality of the food more than justifies the price. Each bite reminds you why you're happy to pay a little extra for exceptional vegan cuisine. Why It's Worth the Trip: Soul Miner isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination. The consistently delicious food makes it a must-visit spot every time you're in Charlotte. It's the kind of place that turns a regular trip into a culinary adventure. Bottom Line: If you find yourself anywhere near Charlotte, do yourself a favor and make a beeline for Soul Miner. Your taste buds will thank you, and you'll understand why this spot has earned its place as a vegan hotspot worth traveling for.

A great quick vegan lunch in a hip, funky location — the kind of food you hope to happen upon while traveling while vegan and catching up with an old friend! We shared the Reuben (delish) and the Buffalo wing basket with a side of collards (both perfect). This is a go to destination while in Charlotte for a low key lunch or dinner with very rewarding eats!

Happy FIVE! Flew in from Baltimore and was super excited to find this adorable spot. Notably not a mushroom fan (I know worst kind of vegan) tried the Ruben (because a Ruben on St.Pattys weekend is kinda a must) and wow! Delish! Wish we lived closer because this spot is it! Don't change a thing! 🫶🏼🪬💚

We discovered this jewel and are so glad that we did!

The food is AMAZING and you don't have to be vegan, or even vegetarian, to enjoy it. I got the Reuben sandwich, and it was as good as any other I've had, both in Charlotte and in New York City.

The staff is friendly and accommodating and is glad to check on ingredients.

The prices are very reasonable and it has that "happenin'" NoDa vibe.

The only less than stellar thing is that you order and pick up food at a counter and it's outdoors so very hot or inclement weather is a challenge. But that is how almost all the food places are at Camp North End. It comes with the territory. There is plenty of outdoor seating, some in the shade.

Overall a great experience and I will definitely be going back soon! Highly recommend.

My gay, vegan heart is so happy. Loaded nachos, mango habanero wings, and collard greens all reminded me that there are in fact good things happening in this world. Run by absolute angel humans. Five stars and five million forehead kisses.

Dietary restrictions: Very friendly for the gluten intolerant!

Thrilling. We got the loaded nachos, wings, and collards. All were excellent, especially the wings. I wish we had more places like this in Chattanooga!
