All of the food pictured on the menus were AI, so we were immediately turned off. We promptly left the establishment to find out that our car had been booted!!!!! The darling parking tyrant kindly let us know it would be a small fee of $200 to get the boot off. So we were out $200 even though we didn’t buy any of the AI food and we were parked a total of 5 minutes maximum. Mind you there was also no signage on the spot where we were parked. Total scam do not waste your time or money.

We ordered food the first time at Southend eats, German Gyro:
Paid $20 for a gyro burrito that was spoiled and had only a small strip of gyro meat. The salsa and tzatziki were so rancid/bad, you could smell it before putting it up to your nose. it was really unbelievable.
We told them about the spoiled food and they said they wouldn't give us a refund.

I’m setting outside as I type… we attempted to order some food from pasta queens the order was wrong and we went back inside to request to talk to a employee from the restaurant a heavier set brown skin woman with short locs came to the window she did not want to hear nothing we had to say she would not correct the order she was moody and angry at first we informed her we would just get a refund and leave the food but when we asked her how to get a refund she rudely said however you get it …. We told her we would just keep the food and she looked right at us took the food and walked off so we paid for food we do not have …. She was rude would not explain the return process and made us feel very upset we are still trying to figure out how to get a refund …. We were trying to support a black owned business but her attitude was evil and she had no people dealing skills I am a veteran and she really triggered my ptsd…. I sure did not served my country to deal with mean people like that young lady never again will I be coming here, this will be my first and last…

I tried Pasta Queens tonight, and to say I left disappointed is an understatement. My order was wrong, so I went inside this ghost kitchen to try to get an employee from the restaurant to assist me. I asked her if she could correct the order, and she very rudely said she could not. She then took the food back, refusing to give us the food or assist in the refund process. So not only did she keep my money, she also refused to return the food. She clearly is in the wrong profession. I was very calm and polite. This is the first time I have had an issue at South End Eats. There are no customer service representatives to reach out to or a number to call. I am pretty sure this was not the first occurrence of such a situation, and if she continues to conduct such bad business practices, I am sure it won't be the last.

Lots of restaurant options which is cool. There is a small seating area tucked away on the left side of the building. Parking is very limited here, so more of a grab and go venue. I like Irie Rhythms Carribean Cuisine, The Dankery and Panini Grill. I haven't tried the others, but plan to.

DO NOT EAT HERE . This was by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in Charlotte. I ordered lemon pepper wings . There was 6 wings for 12 bucks !!!!!. When I received my food the wings were swimming in a pool of freaking grease . I’m absolutely dissatisfied. PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM “THE DANKERY” or south end eats at all PLEASE!
-soul/southern cuisine- I ordered steak and shrimp dinner that comes asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak was unbearably salty, so salty I had to wipe off the extra seasoning because the steak it self was already seasoned. The cream was salty too, mashed potatoes were really good but they did NOT give me asparagus, they gave me broccolini. I was a little disappointed
