Long time regular and the new menu isn’t it. This used to be my favorite place. The service is great and the atmosphere hasn’t changed but the menu lacks options and the flavor of the food isn’t as good.

I’m sad to give only two stars because this place used to be one of my favorites. The menu has changed, and unfortunately, the chorizo dip is no longer available. The service also isn’t what it used to be it’s not as attentive or friendly as before. I really hope they can bring back the quality and experience that made this place so special.

Mahi mahi was seasoned to perfection. Plantains were fried right. Keep it coming Chef Brown. I look forward to trying other menu items like the goat empanadas next time.

The hostess wasn’t very pleasant. We were told it would be a 15-minute wait but ended up waiting 45. I understand it was a busy Friday night (Oct 17$, but even then, the waitlist didn’t seem to move — there were four parties ahead of us for about 40 minutes. When we were finally seated, the hostess had a bit of an attitude. That said, once we were seated, the food, waitress, and overall service were great.

I placed an order via southbound website. I was told it would take 20 minutes. I came at 25 minutes or so and my nachos were cold, soggy and appeared to be sitting there for the longest time. I am not entirely sure if everything is premade and they just have to warm up— but for nachos that cost 17 bucks, I definitely deserved better.

My waitress, Preslee, was absolutely AMAZING! I wasn’t sure what to order, but she helped me choose from the new menu and made great recommendations. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Usually this place is great, but I ordered takeout for the first time, and so many things were wrong... I ordered fried wings and were given grilled wings. They completely left off the sides for my friend's order. So he only had 2 pieces of chicken for the amount he paid for the meal. How do you forget to include someone's side with their meal?
