Some of the worst food and customer service I’ve had in Charlotte, wings were burnt, jollof uncultured, the plantain and music were the only good things about this place. Spice upcharged us on drinks when the waitress got the order wrong. Don’t recommend for food at all.

I enjoyed my first visit to Spice. The atmosphere is nice but the music was a little too loud for a Thursday evening. I ordered the salmon satay and cucumber salad. Both were lightly seasoned, thus the 4 star rating. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit and may return at some point in the future.
My friend and I came for the first time on a Friday night. It was so nice the food and the service was a 10/10. Our server was a girls girl! She was so sweet I can’t remember her name but all the waitresses were kind and attentive. We set outside because the music is very loud. outside seating made it 10 times better. We enjoyed everything and we will definitely be back!

Parked outside of spice, their valet came out yelling at me to move my car even though it was parking meter spot and I had paid. I called cops due to continued harassment to move my car. Cops told them they are wrong- and they apparently did this a moment earlier to another person who paid and made them leave too.

I had a reservation for 8:30 for two. I booked a high top table but was offered to either sit at the bar or on the patio. I chose the patio, I sat for 30 min before even getting served and that was after I had to ask the bouncer and the hostess for someone to come over to our table. Not a great first impression of a “newer” restaurant in Charlotte. After the initial fiasco the remainder of the night was better and the food was great. The shrimp tempura roll was amazing and the truffle fries were fresh.
