Just got a bowl and the customer service was BAD. Serving the public takes kindness humility and good communication. There is no substitute if you take some out otherwise it's a charge, quantity has gone down ad well

The girls who work at this one don’t know how to make bowls. There was barely anything in it. If you want them to actually FILL YOUR BOWL, go to the one in Southend. Wont make this mistake again.

(updated with more details because the experience left a bad taste in my mouth) Parked in the parking lot all the way near the street. And they close right at 7pm or a bit before. They should close right at 7 and should speak to you to inform you they’ve closed instead of making eye contact then ignoring you.
I went to this shopping plaza twice looking for a brick and mortar SPOONS location and the second time I went around on foot near all the stores some time before 7pm. It wasn’t until right around 7pm that I went to check if there was a food truck and there it was but the window was closed, a chair was put upside down on the counter, one person started walking away from the truck to throw away the trash completely ignoring me and the person inside the truck kept briefly making eye contact then turning to face the other way. And to be fair they’re probably not getting paid enough to do anything after hours but alas it was still a frustrating experience. Given the other reviews about the quality and quantity I’m not so sure why this food truck is worth the trouble.
Didn’t get to try the food. Not sure it’s worth the hassle and price. Unclear what time they stop serving customers - eye contact without acknowledging you is not part of customer service, though.

I actually didn't eat here was going too. I witness 2 ladies getting out of their car to order come back told the lady close already and it's 6:54 pm on a Friday evening The website saids 7pm I won't be trying this place out when closed 6 minutes early. Probably lost 30$ in sales

Used to go here all the time in ‘24. Now it’s about 20% less in the bowl and prices have raised from $12.99 (all in pre-tip) to $15.02. So over a 15% rise in prices for less. At least fill the bowl up. I’d rather be “out of an ingredient” than get 1 strawberry.

This is the worst açaí I’ve ever had. If you are a true açaí bowl eater you would know this is not the best. Also, the location was hard to find using GPS, when I called to get clarification on the location I was sent to VM. This is my first and last time here.

Only one, very small portion and very expensive portion. Acai base is not the best, often icy. I’ve been 5 or 6 times and I’ve never had a great experience with customer service. This last time I went, (the reason I’m writing this review) I arrived 10 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and the two employees refused to serve us. The truck should close at 7, they should not be leaving at 7.
Can't substitute items so they just charge you for stuff you don't want. The they skimp out

I usually get the New Moon smoothie bowl, but I dropped by today and noticed that all I could taste was the toppings and had very little açaí in my bowl. So, I asked one of the employees and they informed me that measurements have changed and they’re under new management . I was disappointed because how is it that I’m getting very little açaí in my bowl and all I can taste is toppings but the price of the bowl has gone up. I have been craving this for days just to be disappointed. I don’t feel like it’s worth the price.

This is by far THE BEST acai bowl around. Fast and friendly service. Easy online ordering too. I have a gluten sensitivity and the granola is gluten safe and actually tastes so good. Highly recommend!
