I receive my order via door dash, I alway get the heart throb, I’m sure everything else is just as amazing, but right now I’m in love with the heart throb ???, each order has been fresh, packed with nutrients, they take the time to put thought in the packaging, the temperature packaging and the environmental friendly cutlery etc, keep up the good stuff Spoons. I initially stopped by on Wednesday, 03-29-23 only to realize I'd just missed them again; they close at 7 pm. It was a little after 7 pm when I took the picture of the menu.I eventually patronized on Friday, 09-01-23 & on Friday, 09-29-23. The young ladies who serve me are always pleasant and answer my questions when I'm trying to decide what to order. They always ask if I need it bagged, which is a nicely insulated covering. I've tried The Plug and The Defender. Nothing like a cool, refreshing, healthy treat on a hot busy day. I'm overdue for another visit.

So... I haven't tried this place in years, I wasn't pleased with the service before. I tried it again today to give it another chance. Service was great this time, but after I found a hair (yes, a HAIR) in my bowl today AND cramped and had stomach pains for the rest of the day... Yeah, I'm not waiting for a strike three. I, personally, won't be back.

Man… I used to love Spoons and had several bad experiences since they opened back up at Cotswold. Without going into the details of prior experiences, I thought to try again today. Ordered a bowl and asked for PB over a more sugary spread only to find out they now charge for a substitute. Know this before you order!! $15 bowl just sealed the deal… will not be back.

All the workers just don’t seem to care, almost 97% of the time that I go my bowl is melted because it’s been sitting on the counter for whoever knows how long. I love spoons but it’s a constant disappointment recently.
