I do not like the location at all. We used to go the food truck in Cotswold village, which was conveniently located with places to park. Now the closest Spoons is in the most inconvenient locations of NODA and Uptown. Seems like they changed there business model and are willing to rely on foot traffic and tourists. We've used the app a couple times and did drive-by pickups, but overall eating acai bowls isn't worth the hassle.

Glad I ignored the other reviews! All three of our bowls were amazing, the build your own bowl option is great and two of us did that. The menu options are great as well, they were all ready super fast, and the woman working was super nice.

Unbelievable awful service. What the heck. First bad review on Google on but the girl behind the counter at 8 o’clock on 9/11/22 acted like we didn’t exist and never smiled once. Airpods in, didn’t look up, we asked a simple question and she said “huh?” So awkward and uncomfortable. An hour before close and she acted like it was the greatest inconvenience of her life…we actually asked what time they closed because she seemed so resentful of our presence. SO AWKWARD go somewhere else! Or maybe go just to experience the extremely uncomfortable atmosphere.

It's a NO-GO! At this point they have fell off with their bowls, so bad! The customer service is horrible and the lady literally just put the bowl together with no form. The lady took Acai out of another Bowl to put in the creation of making my bowl ?. By the time I realize that I asked her is there a problem with the dispenser that it normally comes out of why did you put acai from another bowl into my bowl? She says that the machine is frozen, I asked is it not supposed to be because normally it is? She said yes but it's too Frozen this is the last little bit that's left and I have to use it to make your bowl she proceeds to put a big clump of the birthday cake protein directly in the middle?? not evenly spreading it out. Therefore, all the other toppings stuck directly to the middle. I have no plans on coming back here NO time soon. I feel like if you cannot provide quality acai bowls and quality service just ? close your doors. I am genuinely disappointed and for the price the individuals pay, this should be much much better all the way around!

I really liked the bowls here but lately they have NOT been worth it. The girls who work here are always on their phones and even if you order ahead, you have to come in and peel them off their phones so they acknowledge that you placed an order. After doing this this morning, she made my bowl entirely wrong and included an ingredient that I am allergic to. Of course I didn’t notice until after I left, but this was the last straw and I certainly won’t be back. Bummer because I boasted & brought all my friends here. Sometimes the doors are randomly closed during business hours and it’s just a hassle all around.

Worst experience I’ve had. I come here quite often and I’ve never received bad service the way i did today. The attitude the girl that worked there had was disgusting. She didn’t say anything to me as i walked in, proceeded to be on her phone, i ordered my bowl and she made a HUGE sigh. That’s just unacceptable and not welcoming at all. I’m sure she had a bad day but that’s not an excuse, we all have outside issues, but that’s not my problem as a customer. Hire new employees. Thanks

I was excited and expected a spoon full of great acai and customer service from SPOONS Noda, but I was wrong. I was instead given a spoon full of bad attitude. I dont know if the girl working was still hungover from the 4th of July or her baby daddy isnt returning her texts, but her attitude was complete hot garbage. The bowl itself was mediocre, but I'll probably never go back due to the debbie downer at the counter. Who ever owns this business needs to get this pile of trash some employee training.
