I love this place but please stop hiring kids! The kids don’t put in any effort into this job and it shows. If I’m paying $20 for a açaí bowl that means there should at least be açaí in it. I just ordered a bowl with extra ingredients that cost me $26 and it didn’t even have any açaí in it?!?!? every time Iv been to this location and a adult was working I could say this place is a 10/10 but every time its some children working its a 2/10!

Great açaí bowls. The flavors are consistent and on point. The only issue i have is that their bowls are already on the expensive side and then on top of that, they charge an extra $2 for SUBSTITUTIONS. My sister doesn’t like raspberries and I asked for blackberries instead and they charged $2 just to swap a berry. What a ridiculous policy. Please change it. Otherwise great.

Nice girl took our order, and she made some pretty darn good ACAI bowls.🔥🔥 THEY HAVE PEANUT BUTTER AND NUTELLA JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER PLACE, BUT THIS PLACE HEAD THE CAKE, SPREAD AND COOKIE SPREAD. OF COURSE. I GOT EXTRA BEST BOWL. I'VE HAD TO DATE!!!!

I used to come here quite a bit and decided I was craving a bowl. I don’t mind paying 14.50 for a bowl, but I do mind when it’s not even Full. . I would say it wasn’t even mostly full. I was totally disappointed by this. I expected better.

I used to come here all of the time but the past couple of times they keep forgetting to make my bowl correctly. I understand mistakes happen but for the price the bowls are I would like everything in it that’s supposed to come with it. I always get the sugababy, no granola. I am always missing the banana. When I pick up my order I have no time to look over it as they tie it in the green bag tightly and I am rushing to get home so I can eat my bowl before it melts. I miss when they used to have the freezer bags. But this is a shame that I keep missing parts of my bowl, especially because any add ons is pricey.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Spoons for quite some time and typically order the same thing during each visit. While I appreciate the staff’s willingness to correct mistakes when pointed out, I’ve experienced a recurring issue with my orders being incomplete or incorrect. On at least five occasions, I’ve had to remind the team that my order was made wrong. Although they’re eager to make things right, this ongoing problem is becoming increasingly frustrating. I value the service and enjoy the food, but consistency and attention to detail need significant improvement.

Dose not cater to customers. Can't substitute ingredients just so they can charge more. Prices seem higher than other locations. No parking. Barley any parking. Everytime I walk in the look like I'm gonna rob the place smh

I often go to this location, and the customer service I get from Alyssa is fantastic! She’s friendly, engaging and makes the BEST bowls! Her great customer service makes up for the unfortunate price increase.
