I haven't been here in awhile due to most times when I walk in I am greeted with a nonchalant how can we help you. Yesterday (11/29/24) I walked in and Gracie greeted me with a smile and inner joy that truly said she was happy to be there working and ready to help her customers. Good Coffee, Please get Coconut milk for those that really can't have the other kinds of milk. Also Almond milk takes away the flavor of coffee for those of you who truly love the coffee taste. Give Gracie a raise. She was awesome!!! I do hope I remembered her name correctly
Dietary restrictions: Whole milk is best for coffee's but not everyone can have it, ironically sometimes oat milk is not best for diets either(such as me)-even thought it is good. Almond milk to me just doesn't taste good in coffee. Coconut milk is a great alternative to whole milk, yes it doesn't froth as well, but I don't think your place does the cute pictures for the latte's.

This is a great spot to work for a while and enjoy a snack. I ordered the sweet pretzel bites and an iced vanilla matcha latte. The food was good—nothing exceptional, but enjoyable—and the service was solid as well. The space offers plenty of outlets for charging devices, and parking is available on the side or behind the coffee shop. I’ll definitely return, but since they stop serving food at 3 p.m., I’ll make sure to arrive earlier next time to try more of their offerings.

I ordered the Avo Tartin(added egg), BLT sandwich( added Sausage Patty), Iced Brown Sugar Rosemary Latte(with almond milk), and Matcha Latte. The BLT was a little bit smaller than I expected, but my kid loved it. And the Avocado Tartine had a spicy kick to it. I loved it!! The Sausage Patty was also good. We really enjoyed the food :) But I wish the matcha flavor was a bit noticeable. The matcha flavor was overpowered by the milk. 🤔

The seasanal flavor profiles they concocted are awesome. Just recommend using a higher quality coffee as it did not have a full bodied flavor to back the autumn flavorings.
Staff nice, service quick. Recommend the seasonal gourd latte its really good.

The best coffee not only in Charlotte, but in the US. Their name speaks for itself - consistently good coffee every time I went there (and believe me, I lived nearby for 1.5 years and went there at least twice a week lol). The food is amazing! They also have a pretty extensive wine selection.
