Stable Hand was a cool, upscale coffee shop! I just got a black coffee, which is admittedly hard to screw up, but it was still pretty good, the staff was friendly, and the ambiance was very unique, even for the standards of coffee shops. I don’t if it’s the kind of coffee shop that I would go to to study, but I’d love to meet some friends there sometime. Would recommend!
Been coming here for YEARS. Bummed to hear the owner now wants to only accept card… came in to pay for my usual coffee and was denied any transaction. I’ve been paying in cash for years. I also wonder how this will impact the baristas tips given they now will likely only receive taxed tips via card. They are doomed to have desolate tip jars given you’re about to excommunicate anyone who carries cash casually. Sucks all the way around, but I guess this is a subjective opinion...
I didn’t feel comfy inside,not clean place, especially the toilet (looks and smells as a gas station restroom).
