Worst coffee I've ever had taste watered down and they forgot my shot of vanilla. I almost feel like going downstairs.Asking for another, but i'm afraid it may be worse.I'm just going to drink this one and not come back.
Service was subpar.
The atmosphere is kind of chaotic, tables are dirty, and the elevator seems to be down. So if you're elderly or handicapped, don't plan on being able to sit down in the seating area.

Continuously dissapointed. Never consistent, why would I spent $7 on a tea latte with only one small tea bag(supposed to be two) and no flavoring? (supposed to be Vanilla) Train your staff or shut down. A waste of money

This Starbucks location in Harris teeter has been consistently mediocre for years, but my experience today has by far been the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. The barista was completely incompetent, made my drink wrong the first time, I waited for it to remake it a second time, it was made wrong again, they did not have time to wait for him to make it a third time. Especially since he seemed confused by the whole process in general. And I don't have a difficult order: it's just a plain latte, with three to five extra shots of espresso depending on how I'm feeling, in a small cup. Even the first one wasn't in the small cup, but it was cold, which I do not like. Never again will I trust a Starbucks inside of any grocery store. I'll just find somewhere local, if any of them happen to stay open at 5:00 p.m., which seems to be the problem with the Charlotte area coffee.

Just consistently slow and incorrect. This green iced drink was supposed to a hot coffee. It’s good but I have no idea what it’s supposed to be.
I went to the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter grocery store at 1704 Central Ave in Charlotte. The people working there were super nice, even though they had a lot of customers.I tried two iced teas: the regular Iced Green Tea and the Iced Passion Tango Tea. The green tea tasted clean and natural, not too sweet. It was perfect for a hot day.But the Passion Tango Tea was the best! It was a pretty pink color and smelled really good. It tasted fruity and a little sour, like lemongrass and hibiscus. It wasn't too sugary, so I could really taste the tea flavors. It almost tasted like juice!I had a great time at this Starbucks. The workers were awesome and the iced teas were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other drinks!

The manager and employees were so nice! He offered to make any specialty drink and went out of his way to create a binder of fun drinks from TikTok. Definitely recommend to grab a drink while grocery shopping :)
