If I could’ve put more stars, I would. The customer service I received was so impressive. It is so hard to come by great customer service nowadays. I bought a decorative cup and it broke. I asked if I could replace it for a new cup and I did not have my receipt and there was no issues at all. The staff did not interrogate me on how it broke or deny me because I didn’t have a receipt. They saved it for me in the back, and I came and exchanged it. I am so grateful because I really like this cup. Carter was the absolute best! He put my needs first with no issue.

I came here around 7 this morning, and received possibly the best food, drink, & service I've received at any Starbucks. I placed my mobile order a mere 3 minutes before arriving here and it was ready for pickup by the time I walked through the door. I was greeted by all of the baristas, and the establishment was nice and clean. This location offers that small-town feel, which I really appreciate. I had a caramel apple spice & egg bites w/ sriracha sauce! Would 100% come here again.
Parking: Parking really depends on the time of day. If you come to this location during the midday, expect a bit of trouble finding parking. Otherwise, you should be fine finding a parking space.

What a pleasant group of baristas. They were getting along together in a way I don't normally see at Starbucks. My drink was wrong ... BUT the barista corrected it promptly with a smile. I could ask for nothing more.

The 7am crew is amazing! No matter what morning that I come to this location, I am always welcomed with a warm greeting when I arrive and leave of: "good morning and have a great day!" My drink and food orders are always correct and made in a timely fashion, no matter how large or small the order is. This is hands down the best Starbucks in Charlotte. I can tell that the staff really takes pride in their job and value their customers. Thanks again!
