Guy who was taking orders the morning of Thanksgiving was so rude. He clearly messed up my order while taking it and made me pay. When I finally got my order, he put it in twice and both incorrectly. He was also pretty rude at the register. Not sure why they got rid of order ahead especially if you have people working the register doing it wrong on purpose it seemed?

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got to the counter, no one was there. After waiting 5 minutes with no service, I had to ask a Harris Teeter employee to find the only Starbucks staff member. When she finally appeared, she started prepping so slowly, as if she had just opened the shop for the day—at 5 PM! Shockingly, she dragged on for an agonizingly long time—over 15 minutes of prep work that felt like an eternity—just to make my drink. To make matters worse, it tasted like dirty tap water. Absolutely dreadful experience.

I have been there twice. Staff messed up a very simple order both times. Both times the coffee had a weird taste to it....... different from any other Starbucks that I have been to.

The red-haired girl gave me a rude look when I ordered my drink. She didn’t seem welcoming at all and made me feel uncomfortable. I forgot her name
Caroline was so incredibly rude. Stared me and my sister down in disgust because i took less than 2 minutes to look at the menu to decide what i wanted. I didn’t even get to the counter in front of her to order yet. there was also no one in line except for me and my sister. then when i made it to the counter she just stared at me blankly waiting for me to order no greeting or anything. her demeanor is just very unpleasant and she shouldn’t be working at a starbucks if she can’t pretend to be pleasant for a 2 minute interaction.

Placed an online order at 7:50. It’s now 8:16 and the order is still not compete. How much longer could this possibly take on a Sunday morning? 8:20 and the order wrong

I ordered a single coffee ahead of time on my mobile app, pickup time was scheduled for 8:21am and I did not receive my drink until 8:50am. The two women employees had zero sense of urgency, one was making drinks one at a time and the other was cleaning. I had to ask three times if they could please make my beverage as I needed to leave to get to work. If a pick up time is provided it should be honored with maybe 5 minutes of wiggle room. Missed a work meeting and will not be returning to this location.

Idk what it is or why, but their drinks are never good or consistent here. I've been here 4 times this month because I got a gift card. All I get are Caramel Macchiattos & White Chocolate Mochas. None of them have came out tasting as they should or the same. They mostly taste like JUST steamed milk & and water, and I'm sad I've wasted my entire gift card at this 1 location. In fact. I think this last trip I took was legit just steamed milk. I hadn't even drank from this cup yet.

I can’t believe how incredibly rude Lexci was to me today. I worked at Starbucks for over 3 years. I understand it’s frustrating at times. But I waited for over 30 minutes for a mobile on a slow Friday afternoon, after watching 10+ people have their order made before me. So I got in line, asked if she got my mobile, and she said “no”. Showed her the receipt and she just shrugged and said “ok??” Dumbfounded, I asked if she could please make it since I’m here and I’ve been waiting and she refused. Said I have to wait for everyone else to go including the now big line behind me.
Someone else came and ended up making it for me, and she is lovely. But I’ve noticed Lexci before for how mind bogglingly slow she is…zero sense of urgency. It’s frustrating to watch as someone who has done this job. She wouldn’t be so far behind if she had a little get up and go. Take this from someone who NEVER leaves bad reviews because I understand we all have our days…this is her every day.
