Idk what it is or why, but their drinks are never good or consistent here. I've been here 4 times this month because I got a gift card. All I get are Caramel Macchiattos & White Chocolate Mochas. None of them have came out tasting as they should or the same. They mostly taste like JUST steamed milk & and water, and I'm sad I've wasted my entire gift card at this 1 location. In fact. I think this last trip I took was legit just steamed milk. I hadn't even drank from this cup yet.

I can’t believe how incredibly rude Lexci was to me today. I worked at Starbucks for over 3 years. I understand it’s frustrating at times. But I waited for over 30 minutes for a mobile on a slow Friday afternoon, after watching 10+ people have their order made before me. So I got in line, asked if she got my mobile, and she said “no”. Showed her the receipt and she just shrugged and said “ok??” Dumbfounded, I asked if she could please make it since I’m here and I’ve been waiting and she refused. Said I have to wait for everyone else to go including the now big line behind me.

Someone else came and ended up making it for me, and she is lovely. But I’ve noticed Lexci before for how mind bogglingly slow she is…zero sense of urgency. It’s frustrating to watch as someone who has done this job. She wouldn’t be so far behind if she had a little get up and go. Take this from someone who NEVER leaves bad reviews because I understand we all have our days…this is her every day.

I had an AMAZING experience today at this Starbucks. Niki was simply just amazing and kind, to me and my friend. She even brought our coffee to our table which left us in shock. Never had this V.I.P service before! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! Great Job Starbucks for hiring her!! If every store could have their employees like Niki I’m sure you’d sell tons of more coffee! Definitely going back to get my coffee there.

Person who waited on me was unfriendly and barked questions at me. Even when I said to have a great day on my way out, she looked annoyed like I interrupted her conversation. After driving away, I tasted my coffee and it was so bad I couldn’t drink it! I went to Starbucks so I would know what to expect. It tasted not even like coffee. Maybe it was half tea or something? I dumped it and went to Not Just Coffee instead.

Went in to pick up a mobile order this morning to see dozens of people waiting on orders with no one working behind the counter. It wasn’t until two ladies got up from a table about 20 minutes into me being here and put their uniforms on. Apparently the only two workers both decided it was time to take a break and sat at a table while they watched all of us waiting and try to cancel our orders with online support. I’m still waiting for my order over 40 minutes later (because according to customer support you apparently can’t cancel orders) along with many others while the workers are serving attitude like it’s our fault they are so behind. Never seen anything quite like this. In case the manager of this location sees this for reference to know exactly who was working, this happened on 2/17/24 between 9am and 10am. I know I wouldn’t keep my job if I pulled something like that.

If i could give a negative zero i would. This Starbucks is near my house and conveniently located inside of harris teeter where i shop. I have been here about 5-6x every single time ive came when you walk up to the line, you are not greeted, they always seem upset to be at work never smile or are the least bit pleasant. I have never been to any other starbucks and received a bad experience but this location you can bet money that the experience is mot the same. I know thats not Starbucks expectation and i am sad to say thos will be my last time back

Today I came to have a coffee and the super rude girl, not at all friendly, gave me a coffee that I did not ask for, I complained to her, all arrogant, she took care of me and in the end I threw what I was suffering into the trash where there was a lot of leftover milk... They shouldn't to have staff like that

I did an online pick up order this morning. It was supposed to be ready at 9:14. There was only one barista and 1 million people waiting for an online order, and people coming in to order. I finally asked if she had my online order at 9:37 and was met with an attitude like I hadn’t been sitting there for 30 minutes. My point is if you don’t have enough people working then don’t take online orders.
