I was there last week in the morning before work to get a latte. I had a credit on my card since I got a rewards card for giving blood at The Blood Connection. I asked the ladies if they knew how to use the app with a credit, and I understood if they wouldn’t have known-that would have been fine. But there was an elderly lady working behind the counter and when I got the QR code pulled up, I could see it said 0.00, not $5, which is what I had. But she said, ‘just give it to me’ and was rushing me so I handed it to her so she could scan it knowing, of course, that it wouldn’t work. Then I got it to the code where it said $5, and she was able to scan it. Then I ordered my latte, but because she also rushed me in taking my order I also didn’t get the latte I wanted. I had wanted to look at the menu for a moment to decide. I ended up getting the most generic latte I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks. I understand that on that particular day, I wasn’t spending a lot of money because I had a credit from giving blood, but I have been a Starbucks patron for a long time, and I just started working right down the street, but I will not be frequenting this place if that’s the level of service I’m going to get. I will say that the young girl standing behind the lady who waited on me was friendly and helpful and I found myself wishing she was the one who was ringing me up.

The guy who works here with the long pony tail was complaining about the drink I ordered saying “I can’t believe people order this, there’s so much crap in it” …. Weird thing to say when you are the one making / selling it. Then he snapped at me because he called the name Genova and I didn’t respond. Not my name bro, I’m the one who ordered the drink with “all the crap in it”. 👍

I visited this Starbucks before work..I visit often. They must do better. Ordered oatmeal, it was so stiff & hard, I was too far away to take it back, had to throw it away.. Not going to keep spending money with them if they don't improve!!!!

I frequent this location and usually have a good experience. I order through the app and usually just select previous order each time. I came to get my drink and it was a grande matcha. I told them it should’ve been a venti. A lady that worked there was like well you ordered a grande in the app. I said it must be a mistake and said I would pay the difference for a venti. She reprimanded me in front of everyone and just said next time update it on the app. I looked in the app and it was my mistake which I even admitted to in the store. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to when I was willing to pay the difference and even admitted that maybe I made a mistake.

I had to write a review because the service I received at the University location was exceptional and Park Road was so poor in customer service. I was there about a week ago and I had to go back in because my drink was wrong, the man who made my drink passively aggressively FORCED me to tell how I wanted my drink and how he should make it. It was so uncomfortable.
At university they were kind and when my drink was wrong they remade it with a smile and we laughed about it. The Barista didn’t roll her eyes and force me to tell her how I want my drink made when I don’t know the ingredients Starbucks does. There are reviews that are countless with poor service. Please do not come hwre

I recently visited the Starbucks on Park Road around 10:30 a.m on Sunday 10/27/2024 and picked up my usual drink. When I tasted it, something seemed off, so I went back to ask if it could be remade. I politely spoke with a barista (who I later found out was also the manager). She agreed to remake the drink but did so with visible frustration. She grabbed my drink and threw it away forcefully, causing some coffee to splash onto my sweater.
Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I felt disrespected, especially as an Asian customer. It seemed as though she assumed I didn’t understand English well, making the interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. I’ve been coming here every Sunday, and everyone else has always been respectful and welcoming. This was the first time I experienced such rude treatment, and I hope Starbucks ensures this behavior never happens again. I will be contacting Starbucks corporate to report this incident, and the District Manager can check the camera footage at that time to confirm what happened.
Ordered a sandwich on Uber eats and was delivered an empty sandwich bag - was not notified if item was unavailable

This is a Starbucks inside of Harris Teeter on Park Road in Charlotte. Isabella was super accommodating. They were out of whipped cream so she made me cold foam to put on top of my drink. And she made my drink perfectly! Thank you so much love, God bless you Isabella ??
