Huge shoutout to the baristas at Starbucks — Jess, Paci, Kira, Brigitte, Alan, Madison, Finn, and Zariyah — you all are incredible! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine smiles, great energy, and top-tier service. Whether it’s remembering my trenta cold brew with no ice or my triple toasted spinach feta wrap, they always go above and beyond. Even during the busiest rushes, they stay cool, calm, and consistently kind. It’s not just coffee — it’s a daily boost of good vibes, thanks to an amazing team. Y’all make mornings better. Keep being awesome!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by this young lady Named Madi,She helped me order and recommended this new horchata drink,she was very polite and was very quick when making drinks,quickest Barista Ive see in a while,other staff Was very polite and Welcoming too,Honestly Great store and Staff,really recommend this Store!!

Ordered online came in to pick up my seasonal beverages and the two girls working didn't give me my free cup and didn't greet me or tell me bye. Didn't make eye contact even though they were not busy.

They got my order wrong 2 days in a row and won't answer their phone after calling them 14 times in a row. They actually picked the phone up and hung up on me many of those 14 calls. I spent $63 in this store for 2 orders, over 2 days.YOU got BOTH orders wrong and you can't answer the phone? I'll come up there later. I expect a FULL refund for BOTH orders. You didn't even put COFFEE in my sister's Mocha yesterday!!!!!
I AM STILL WAITING ON A DISTRICT MANAGER TO CONTACT ME. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS. WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME WITHIN 48 HOURS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I'VE CONTACTED STARBUCKS TWICE. I'VE CALLED THE STORE 50 TIMES. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER. IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A PHONE THEN UTILIZE IT!!!!!!

My friends and I came this evening and Zoe was so polite and helpful! She payed very close attention to our needs and got our beverages out in a timely manner. She made our experience so much better and our drinks were delicious. Thank you again Zoe for being so sweet.

Don’t know if it’s due to changes by management or staff but this Starbucks used to be the best around. Lately though, all the drinks have seemed watered down and ones that are supposed to be mainly coffee/espresso look and taste like just sugar-milk. Also not sure if their recipe is different than what’s posted online, but my last few PLAIN espresso drinks with cold foam have been undrinkable due to being overpowered by the taste of toffee.
