The baristas are very rude,I waited over 20 mins for my coffee,they made the wrong one and when I told them the girl just dumped the coffee didn’t offer to remake it so I asked a guy and he made it,I called to get the manager name they hung up on me saying it’s no manager and stop calling ,Very rude baristas and unprofessional

Starbucks is always great... But it usually comes with happy employees that are knowledgable... ?Not this time, it seemed as if no one knew what was going on, and when I asked air a particular price, no one could come up with an answer until 2 employees reached out to whom I thought was a manager and she simply did a price check to let me know. This took 12 minutes. I'm never the one to complain to this extent and I'm sorry but It's Starbucks representation... and what if this was my first visit to any location!?
Worst service EVER. Never even got my drinks. They never apologized for the fact that it didn’t print order but they could see it on their computer. I couldn’t wait any longer, asked for a refund and the guy complained to me about have to refund me the entire time he was doing it. Rude, Rude, Rude. The rest of the workers were just laughing and socializing the entire time I was in there.

The cafe was pretty packed today, given it is a Sunday, but service was quick! I ordered a grande light ice matcha, with 5 pumps of vanilla and oat milk, extra shaken. All I can say is WOW. I drink a lot of matcha and today, this was the best matcha I’ve ever had. I give all the credit to Tim, the barista who really put the time and love into my matcha. This is such a huge deal for me because 9/10 times I order matcha, it’s usually a chalky consistency. But it was so creamy and well built, that I will only have Tim make my drink from now on! As a barista myself, I know when you have a great experience like this, it always makes you come back for more. So if you’re reading this Tim, THANK YOU!⭐️

It was a step above Target Starbucks stores. This one has a larger seating area and an outside addition. There was an entrance to Harris teeter store. I didn't step into Harris Teeter. The coffee they made was a Apple Crisp Oat Macaccino, it was excellent. I didn't give it a 4 star due to view when you sit down.
