Ordered a dark coffee with heavy cream, was given a black coffee. Went to add cream at the station where you fix it and there was none. Asked politely at the counter if they had any heavy cream the server took my coffee- dumped the grande in a larger cup, took out a gallon of half and half to which I said ‘that’s half and half’ and he looked at me and gave a hand gesture like wait- then filled the cup to the top with half and half and said ‘we don’t have heavy cream, this is heavy cream to us’. Just wow. A simple ‘we are out of it’ would have been better. Never felt like a Karen before but I guess they create them at Starbucks better than they make coffee.
Trash service all three employees working 3/22/23 around 7pm had a huge attitude. I’d never order from here again everyone ordering noticed the huge lack of customer service and good communication.
Crew near Gate C11 at the Charlotte Airport is absolutely fantastic! Customers rushing, not tipping (I tipped heavy because of this!)...and yet this crew is moving massive crowd forward with STYLE!!This Christmas Eve Eve crew is a wonderful team!Thank you!
Sis did her thang!! I ordered a caramel frappe soy extra caramel drizzle......when I tell you this is the first time I ever got my order how I wanted it!! And I love Starbucks but never have I ever had my Starbucks dream manifest in real time!!!!! Y'all need to give sis a raise because she knows what the customer Wants!!!!!
The gal taking orders 12-3-2022 Saturday evening 855pm. Had to tell her 3 times my order , she definitely didn't want to be there,very filthy. Maybe hire a energetic person with a personality. Horrible service and Starbuck representation. Colored gal.
Crazy busy but they are pumping out coffee as fast as they can. Bunch of people calling in mobile orders but they took about the same time as standing in line.
The worst staff I’ve ever encountered. The 2 ladies pictured were so rude and making racist remarks about another customer. I witnessed them berate and make a teenage girl in front of me cry, then continued to cuss and discuss the interaction in front of a full line. Video of interaction is being sent to corporate. If Starbucks continues to employ them it will speak volumes about where they stand. Also the lady in the head wrap frequently would LICK her fingers in between making drinks. Hakim, the manager was trying his best to get them to shut their mouths but it was too little too late. Absolutely horrified for the Starbucks name. I only took the photo so corporate could handle the correct employees.
The service at charlotte airport is terrible the staff is angry and for a wraps wait exactly 18 minutes . They need to improve customer service and deliveries. Thank you
The gentlemen that took my order was incredibly rude and snarky. When asking if I could redeem my points for the beverage he quickly told me I should have let him know at the beginning of the order. Explained that I had always been given the choice after my order he snapped back stating he has been working for starbucks longer than I’ve been a customer and it is something I have to let them know before so I asked if we could go ahead and do that, he then proceeded to roll his eyes and exhale with annoyance. I then told him just to cancel the whole thing. For someone who states he has been working for you for many years should receive more training and a manager should talk to him about his customer service skills.
My mother and I wanted to get a quick breakfast before our flight. Shortly after we both drank our coffee and ate our Gouda egg sandwiches, we became incredibly ill; we both have food poisoning. Definitely is ruining the start of what was supposed to be a fun vacation.

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and what I received tastes like watered down iced coffee with extra milk. It should have been handed to me with cold brew on the bottom and sweet cream on top, but it came to be already mixed as seen in the picture. This is a regular order of mine, so I know what it should taste like. It also took 15 minutes for them to get my order out. I asked the woman calling names about it and she told me that they were working on it when I saw my finished drink sitting next to her. Then she waited 5 minutes to actually call my name. If you are looking for coffee at the Charlotte airport, I would avoid this place.
Been standing in line over 30 min the lady said it opens at 6:30 am the gates are not up yet I’m very disappointed!!! In this establishment!!!
super busy but the line was moving and they are great at keeping the line contained in one area, as busy as it was it was a pleasant experience. we where not rushed to order, did not have to wait long and our drinks came out perfect. military discount is offered here, thank you CLT Starbucks
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Two employees refused to fully listen our coffee orders. They just decided what we were getting so neither of the orders we paid for were correct. My mom is a diabetic and she asked for no classic syrup and got classic syrup, so even what we were able to request was incorrect. As I was giving my order, an employee put up his finger to shush me and walked away to prepare the wrong order. Needless to say, both drinks ended up in the garbage and it was a waste of money and time. I strongly suggest customers avoid this Starbucks.
I was so pleased to find a Starbucks on my way to my gate, and my experience was wonderful. My flight to Charlotte had been delayed for an hour, and the next flight to Cleveland wasn’t for another two. I was hauling my luggage all the way from Concourse E to B and I was stressed and exhausted, but I found Starbucks on the way.The line went quickly, and I wasn’t left waiting at the counter. The lady who took my order was extremely friendly, and her first question was how I was doing. When I finished ordering, she wished me a great day and a good flight, and my food was ready in under two minutes.If I ever find myself at the CDIA again in the future, I know where I’m going!
