They are very slow in getting out the coffee . One day I waited 30 min . I bypass them and goto caribou.

But I have not lost hope in them.

i've had a number of issues at this location, particularly with orders in the afternoon. Today i ordered a grande drink. when i picked it up it was super light. the cup was maybe 2/3 full. i asked the barista if they could fill up the drink and they simply watered it down and it tastes terrible.

I purchase coffee from here atleast 2x a week. I usually order thur mobile app..This a.m 6/16/2024 not regular ladies in store..My coffee was not fresh i was given coffee that's been sitting there awhile..I drink same order of coffee 5x a week..was disappt I received old coffee..home now not going back.smh

On the app it says Thursday you get half off on the drink. I got three drinks for full prize so I guess it doesn’t count for every Starbucks. I want complain as much but I was hoping to get a half off. The food was great warm the drinks were good too, but if you put something on the app, make sure it’s also for every Starbucks although the location I went to it on the app too we didn’t get half off we got full price for our drinks On the app it says from noon to six for half of the drinks on the Thursday. We shop around 1:15 PM so we still fell under the half off price

Cecelia re made my pink drink after I messed it up on the app she really turned my day around with her excellent service and quick response I frequent this Starbucks and she is on it!

The cashier has to do a better job at listening or someone else needs step up and In . My drink was completely wrong and had I not had to wait for it already forever I would have corrected them where it was wrong . I simply asked for an Iced Blonde vanilla oat milk latte add an extra shot and make them ristretto with salted foam on top and light ice however the picture down below is what I received. This place has to do better this isn’t the first time me or my coworkers drinks have been wrong . They gave me the wrong foam and there is literally no flavor in it . Starbucks is way too high for drinks not to be made correctly . Be blessed though.

Every time ive ordered a basic coffee (pikes place) using the app ahead of time it takes forever to get my coffee. Ordering ahead is supposed to be faster, but when I have to ask the barista to find my drink every morning after waiting 20 minutes it starts to get a bit frustrating.

On top of that it seems like once I ask the barista to find my coffee he/she will go to the back and hand it to me. Why is it not being placed in the pickup area like everything else?

My least favorite Starbucks in the city, and I thought the one in Grand Bohemian was bad. This location never gives me a full vanilla sweet cream foam on my drink which is super annoying bc we pay a $1 extra for that. Secondly, the app tells us only 5-10 min wait when in reality, it’s a 15-20 min wait. Third, they ran of my preferred sauces the last time I was there and ended up having to get something I didn’t want. Seriously, there are other Starbucks locations throughout the city, go to one of those.

This location NEVER fills the drinks up - complete waste of money. It’s fully ice and they do not fill the cup up all the way :( so inconsistent and frustrating

Inside plenty of seating both individually for smokers and non smokers as well as outside,next to Walgreens, businesses in various areas throughout the building and easy connections to the lynx and bus transit , the menus are really good , you will not be disappointed

Ordered several times here now and often there is only one barista actually making drinks and two people standing around at the cash register when there is no line. I feel bad for that single barista. Expect a long wait time to get your drink.
