I ordered a coffee with strawberry cold foam when the lady gave it to me there was a whole gap between the top the drink was not even close to filled. I don’t understand if i am ordering something i expect to get it filled. it

Well, I've have given them try after try but I think i'm officially done with Starbucks. They used to have great holiday drinks (and drinks in general), but now, all you get is a cup of warm milk with something sprinkled in it. They're actually on the verge of being undrinkable. Decided to leave two stars instead of one because the lady there was nice. But honestly, the drinks themselves are one star. Had the gingerbread latte. Do not recommend.

The girl who opened this Saturday is not very friendly.... it was one minute before 6 and I asked her if I could place an order and she told me that it was not open yet and a few seconds after I turned around they turned on the lights from Starbucks and I no longer dared to ask if it was open and the barista didn't tell me that I could now place the order...

Everytime that I visit this particular Starbucks if Gabby is working I know that I’ll be taken care of. She’s extremely nice and gives the best customer service. Today they were out of the drink i requested and she made me something similar. Not sure what it was but she is always going above and beyond. Thanks Gabby!

When I am in town and near the Arboretum, this is my go to Starbucks location! The w here are always friendly and offer great recommendations. If I am ever on the hunt for specific merchandise, I know that I can count on this team to check their stock to let me know if they have the cups that I am looking for. I am so excited to see that this kiosk got a much needed upgrade! Can’t wait to stop in soon.
Customer service is never friendly. They don’t know how to ring things up. Every time I go to them vs literally anywhere else their prices are higher. Makes no sense. Again never smiling never friendly.
