The young woman names Aaya working there this morning went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! My kids couldn’t stop talking about how nice she was. She has a perfect understanding of what customer service is about! I want to make sure she is noticed for her efforts.

I had a poor customer experience ordering from your Starbucks location this morning. When I went to pick up my drink, I noticed it was barely over half way full. I asked Adriana, the barista working, if she could please just fill it to the top with more oatmilk, however she refused to. She told me she would not do that since I ordered no ice in my drink, saying that if she added more milk that would make it a larger size drink and I would need to pay. I ordered a grande iced matcha with no ice. I’m baffled as to how me asking for no ice in my drink means I am supposed to receive a drink that’s only 60% full??
This was a simple request that should have been no problem. Adriana was rude and had an attitude with me the whole time, maybe you should reevaluate who you have working for you if that’s the type of customer service your employees think is acceptable.

Nice to find a starbucks and have cold drink in the midst of such a hot day. This place was clean, nice staff and plenty of sitting tables. We enjoyed taking a break and recharged before continuing with the rides

After having ordered and being served coffee and food, due to power outage me and my kids were kicked out of the shop onto the rain by the store manager who didn’t even give us 3 minutes for finishing the meal. Do not recommend.

While I frequent it often and the coffee and our Barista were great as always, the shift manager this afternoon took away from the positive experience for myself and others.

Chamber was so nice!! We came in 2 minutes before closing and she was so polite and answered all our questions!
Over priced and to PC, AS THIS CHRISTMAS THEY HAD ON THEIR CUPS MERRY COFFEE. AS THEY SAID IT EFFECTED SOME PEOPLE. WHICH MEANT THAT THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE'S FEELINGS BOTTOM LINE.
Just very pricey sorry to say.
